Luke 22:37 For I tell you that this which is written must still be
fulfilled in me: ‘He was counted with the lawless.’{Isaiah 53:12}
For that which concerns me has an end.”
How a nation could make the Son of God with a perfect recorder who never sinned and judge him among the lawless was unbelievable to his apostles; a nation that served the righteous law of God for thousands of years!
The Jews broke every law of God to convicted Jesus Christ of sin/death penalty. The Jews died for the law, fought for the law, worship the law but here was their down fall they destroyed their own life and their nation over the “personality” of Christ Jesus.
Acts 2:23 him, being delivered up by the determined counsel and foreknowledge of God, you have taken by the hand of lawless men, crucified and killed;
