When society reaches it weakest point, the weakest gives themselves up to sexual immorality. Weak people weak laws, weak laws causes the death to any powerful nation.
The sexually perverse always seeks strange new flesh to prey on; reaching a place of evil their mental illness feeds only their sexual
gratification where innocent flesh must be defiled.
