MAIN TALK UNDERSTANDING GOD THE SCRIPTURES

Daily Bible Thought > Daily Bible Thought 1Cor.3:3 Flesh

1Cor.3:3 for you are still fleshly. For insofar as there is jealousy, strife, and factions among you, aren't you fleshly, and don't you walk in the ways of men?

So many Christian's actually have a hard time reading the word of God they would prefer any type of entrainment, but studying God's own word, why? Because most have been trained to have a mom and daddy blend up the baby food and tea-spoon feed it too them.

And there is big money and lots of attention for such a noble position among teachers of the bible, how could such a things as feeding others baby food be bad isn't it God's word? Well, yes it is bad because such food is fleshly food, and what is fleshly food? Fleshly food produces the works of the flesh instead of the fruits of Holy Spirit.

Gal.5:19 Now the works of the flesh are obvious, which are: adultery, sexual immorality, uncleanness, lustfulness,
5:20 idolatry, sorcery, hatred, strife, jealousies, outbursts of anger, rivalries, divisions, heresies, 5:21 envyings, murders, drunkenness, orgies, and things like these; of which I forewarn you, even as I also forewarned you, that those who practice such things will not inherit the Kingdom of God.

There was no fooling Paul, these Christian's in Corinthian's were fleshly, their works proved exactly what type of Christian's they were becoming. Competition in the body of Christ Jesus as though playing a game as too who was better, and who was worst, comparing each others works of the flesh as God's own works, dividing the body of Christ Jesus for men! How nice for these fleshly teachers, making others dependent upon them so they could get what ever, free labor, money, clothing, food, shelter, and honor. What a great occupation, no hard work, no sweating by the brow of ones face, no humiliation as a slave, no sore muscles accept working the jaw to teach others.

These teachers made students dependent upon them much like motivational speakers; there is no put down in being encouraging, but it is the fruit produced in the students which tells the truth if the person is a spiritual teachers. Paul was a spiritual teacher he used God's Holy Spirit, and the power thereof in teaching the Corinthian's congregation Christ Jesus, and him alone impaled. However, these fleshly teachers were preaching themselves, comparing themselves against themselves by looking at others, instead of Christ Jesus, where all fails short of the glory of YHWH, forcing students to walk by faith instead of sight.
