Gal.1:8 But even though we, or an angel from heaven, should preach to you any "good news" other than that which we preached to you, let him be cursed.
Here we see a powerful tool of Satan used to control the lives of Christians throughout the centuries, whereby the groups have used Paul's words here twisting them into their doctrines, claiming anyone going beyond their doctrine is cursed of God. First the Law was the curse, not the good news of Christ Jesus, and this is context of Paul's statements. An angle delivered the Old Law to Moses, God had delivered His own Son Christ Jesus too us for our salvation. Christ Jesus is the new law of love given too us by God's love.
When groups preach Law in any form rather than love they are cursed by the Law, no matter how righteous it sounds to our fleshly ears it is a curse because God stated the Law is a curse:
Galatians 3:10 For as many as are of the works of the law are under a curse. For it is written, "Cursed is everyone who doesn't continue in all things that are written in the book of the law, to do them."{Deuteronomy 27:26}
Moreover, many of the letters for the Apostle had not yet been written at this point, and there were many oral teachings in the early Christian congregations, Paul was not talking about this good news of Christ Jesus here being shared in those early congregation of God the body of Christ Jesus, he was factually talking about those wanting the Law brought into that body of Christ Jesus.
No one keep the Law perfectly only the Christ Jesus did for us in God's love too us, thus, all of us under law before Christ Jesus were curse in the law. Early Christians wanting the law again would only curse themselves with the same plagues the nations of Israel received for not obeying the Law. Furthermore, there was no sacrifice for their sins left, once a person accepted Christ Jesus, or once Christ Jesus came and died for the human race, God was no longer accepting animal scarf ice for sin. That is, no one could be declared righteous by the law, and no one can meet the law perfectly they must received the malediction of the law if they did not accept Christ Jesus as the salvation of their faith.
With this in mind, Paul was setting the stage for those early brothers and sisters, he was not cursing people as some have preached falsely, he was stating the facts of what God had said that the Old Law was a curse to those under it, for it did not provide them life, life is in Jesus Christ, which we receive that life when we accepting him as the only salvation give among men.
