1John 4:14 We have seen and testify that the Father has sent the Son as the Savior of the world.
Can a person see without seeing, well, we have seen with our hearts the love of God bearing witness with our own spirit that we are his children a far more righteous and close relationship than walking by sight.
Yes, in context this is what the apostle John address in his letter, which is God's unfathomable love in them, by the imperishable life of Christ Jesus that they were in. John was not talk about physical sight although he himself had beheld the earthly vessel of Christ Jesus, no! John speak of the intimate relationship that each anointed child of God has with there Father YHWH, so intimate that it is sight to them, where no one can teach them of God's personal love, bearing witness in their heart of their Father. There is no evil in God's love, no condemnation by seeking evil by laws to judge and punish his own children.
Rom.8:15 For you didn't receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption, by whom we cry, "Abba{Abba is an Aramaic word for father or daddy, often used affectionately and respectfully in prayer to our Father in heaven.}! Father!"
God looks for the good, how? By placing each of his own children in the righteous life of Christ Jesus, making them part of Christ Jesus own life, how much evil judgment does God have against the body of Christ Jesus, how much wrangling, over doctrine does God have with the body of Christ Jesus, think!
This is the point, the whole point of John's letter, for these brothers and sisters to confess none other, but Christ as all they need for this life and the next. Stop looking at the flesh, it was gone, stop using earthly eyes by laws written into books as seeing God, no! Walk in Christ Jesus life, not their own, confess Christ Jesus, as God's son, remain in him, and we will remain in God's love.
1John 2:26 These things I have written to you concerning those who would lead you astray. 2:27 As for you, the anointing which you received from him remains in you, and you don't need for anyone to teach you. But as his anointing teaches you concerning all things, and is true, and is no lie, and even as it taught you, you will remain in him. 2:28 Now, little children, remain in him, that when he appears, we may have boldness, and not be ashamed before him at his coming.
