MAIN TALK UNDERSTANDING GOD THE SCRIPTURES

Daily Bible Thought > 1John 4:15 - Confess Jesus Remain In Him?

1John 4:15 Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God remains in him, and he in God.

Let each of us confess Jesus as the Son of God, but let us not forget the rest of this verse, we must also “remain” in him, as he is a part of God. One Spirit, one God over all, one body, and all things through that body too us. John is not saying; this is a legal contract if you confess this magic words you are in Christ Jesus, and God remains in you.

No! What he is saying is truth, Christ Jesus is God's temple, we are made a part of Christ Jesus as body members, hence, we too are God's temple where God's Spirit resides. We remain in God's love because God is a Spirit, and we are made a part of the spirit person Jesus Christ, subsequently, where God resides.

What he's is not saying is intellectual by bible knowledge one remains in Christ Jesus by teachings, no! Teachings led us to the reality of of Christ Jesus the light by adoption through God's Holy Spirit making us the temple of God. It is not a dead work on paper expressed through some religious article written by men. It is rather the reality of love, light, and truth in a living person of Christ Jesus. Christ Jesus lives, we have proof of life without sight by our faith, and his life living in us, because our sinful flesh is dead in Christ Jesus.

We cannot walk by man's teachings, we walk by faith and worship in Spirit and truth, which is the life of Christ Jesus, we are feed with invisible hands of Christ Jesus as the bread of life. We appreciate knowledge from spiritual men, but they do not replace our spirit led and feed life in Christ Jesus.
