Matt.5:22 But I tell you, that everyone who is angry with his brother without a cause{NU omits "without a cause".} shall be in danger of the judgment; and whoever shall say to his brother, 'Raca{"Raca" is an Aramaic insult, related to the word for "empty" and conveying the idea of empty-headedness.}!' shall be in danger of the council; and whoever shall say, 'You fool!' shall be in danger of the fire of Gehenna.{or, Hell}
Here a legal Christians' will find justification to condone his/her hate by law, how? By using the legal term “without cause” just like a attorney of the law looks to free themselves by a so called exception to the rule of law, so too the legal minded Christian does not realize they have just been convicted and set up by the word of God as a Scribe or a Pharisee's not having the righteousness of Christ Jesus justifying his/hers unrighteous hate.
What cause of action can we hate our brothers/sisters for? The law, the rules of our religious group? None! We can hate a bad act, but never the person. Can we give ourselves the right to murder them by God's laws, no! Murder comes from hate of our hearts, not God's heart, God took down the hate thing for us, what hate thing? The law. Yes, the law that judged us as unworthy of life, which condemned us by righteous laws. Did God hate us in His heart, can a God of love hate us in His heart? Is God control from hate that He should justify like a fleshly evil heart His hate by some rule of law?
But rather, is God love? Control always by His love for us, like a good Father that never hates his children correcting them in love? Unlike the fleshly mind, always hates first, than justifies its evil by some good motive so as the righteousness of the law. But mans hate does not work out God's righteousness, even on its most noble day of life. Man cannot be righteous without God's help from His love, man cannot judge God's things from unrighteousness, they can walk humbly knowing they too are indeed in need of mercy.
