Why does a Christian's honor the rich and famous, it is because they are fleshly themselves walking by sight and not Spirit, they have come to value men over God whom they cannot see.
Fleshly minded Christian's think if some one of honor comes into their group or religion it brings with it the approval of world that some how this important person makes what they believe legitimate. But how sad is this type of human reasoning? Very sad because the rich and powerful rejected and murder the very person these Christian's claimed to be a part of!
How short and greedy is the flesh memory in lusting for what looks good in the flesh, how it will dishonor the very name to which it was called out of darkness for the praise of a man that fades like a flower of the grass?
Such honoring the rich over the poor is wicked bring reproach upon Christ Jesus, the very opposite of what he died for in loving His Father, and doing His will. Moreover, rejecting all the riches offered him by Satan of this world kingdoms. How sad that a person would think the God of Abraham and Isaac would be legitimize by some rich person in the congregation of God. So God could say; “ look at me, even the rich and famous accept me that proves I am a God worth serving”.
How weak does God become when we attach flesh to Him? So weak that those in Christ Jesus would honor the rich and famous of Christ Jesus over his feeding and cherished his body members.
