MAIN TALK UNDERSTANDING GOD THE SCRIPTURES

Daily Bible Thought > James 2:7 - Blaspheme Honorable Name?

James 2:7 Don't they blaspheme the honorable name by which you are called?

What name where you call to God in? Well, this is the building blocks of our faith, Christianity, coming from4 Christ Jesus own name. Yes, we were called to the wonderful light by Christ Jesus name, for without Christ name we could not stand before God.

How were these brothers and sisters blaspheming that wonderful name of Christ Jesus? Simply by showing partiality, having two sets of rules and laws, one for the poor and one for the rich. Treating the rich with honor while treating the poor as undesirable not blesses with gifts of worldly wisdom in monetary values. Here the fleshly mind has to struggle too lowers itself into speaking to the lesser ones in Christ; how the flesh puts on a nice little simile for the weak and poor thinking it has really sacrifice itself in being fair.

But the lust in its heart is to rub elbows with the powerful those looking good in front of men, being honored for their greatness. The truth that makes the flesh feels some much better, but the flesh will lyingly make a show of being nice too poor ones. This is blaspheme to Christ Jesus name that gave his life for the small and great treating each one as important enough to allow himself to be murder by the ruling class having wealth.

Christ chose the poor not the worldly wise and he wash their feet in true humility not a mock humility of proving how wonderful he was in the sight of fleshly men. Christ gave no glory to man, rich or poor, Christ honored the Father putting no hope in the flesh, which is of no value at all in worship our Father YHWH.

If Christ loved the flesh these brothers and sister would not be in the truth of Spirit. They would be rejected and hated by the rich, what foul notion had these Christian's stumbled upon but self-righteousness? Christ was killed in his flesh, he did not honor it making himself king of all nations Satan offered him, no! Christ was humiliated in his flesh and glorified in the Spirit. What twisted thinking had these ones come into if it were not of their own goodness in their fleshly-mind mislead by Satan?
