MAIN TALK UNDERSTANDING GOD THE SCRIPTURES

Daily Bible Thought > James 2:24 - Works Faith Justified?

James 2:24 You see then that by works, a man is justified, and not only by faith.

Works of law, or works of love? Taking one verse out of context and than parlaying it into a massive religious institution is what those loving laws create by laws used for punishing the wicked. Yeast spreads like a disease, permeating the whole lump of religious teachings. Did Abraham obey law of faith or the law? And so the next question is what is faith? Is faith law, or is it love for God?

Then we must ask is faith a rule of law, or a gift given us freely by God's love? When a dead man works what does he produce? Nothing! When a person works from their own righteousness, which is dead works, what do they produce? Dead works! So what works is James speaking too? Works of false religion, what is false religion? Well, it certainly not truth and Spirit, it is rather truth of laws, works of laws, which are dead in Christ Jesus. What are dead works, they are works that are not in the life of Christ Jesus, the true vine? In other words, they are not from the source of life, Christ Jesus, for Christian's. They are from another source, which is from human life and their wisdom, under sins laws, which are dead in Christ Jesus; Christ Jesus did not break God's laws human that are sinners do.

Yes, a human cannot make themselves righteous by any good work they do, does that shock you? Well it should if your are in a religion teaching you such dead works. Christ Jesus is God's good work for us, what does this mean? It means by Christ earning us life through his good works we can be made alive in Christ Jesus the spirit. But when we go into works of law, what is a work of law? A work of law for us to says: “I will prove myself right by obeying this commandment, hence, God must reward me with eternal life for my good efforts!”

Do you actually believe that lie? Christ Jesus obeyed the commandments completing the law for us so God no longer judges us as a sinner for not obeying them, and what does this mean? It means no sinner can obey God's commandments, why? Because they are a sinner, it took a righteous man without sin to obey God's commandment's, so the commandments were completed for us. So what works is James speaking too here? Our works, or Christ Jesus works? And if Christ Jesus works who can boast? Now lets complete this thought; it is Jesus works/life in real Christian's, which produce fruit of Holy Spirit that James is teaching here, and nothing more. You cannot redeem yourselves by good works, you are redeemed by another man's good works Christ Jesus, so Stop Judging!

Further thoughts on faith works:

Being doer of the word is not the written word in the bible, that word is twisted by the fleshly mind which cannot know God, nor please Him. The word a Christian is a doer of, is Christ Jesus, why? Because they are an intimate part of his spiritual body, where the new covenant is written and administer by Spirit.

The new covenant is the Royal law of freedom, which James speaks too in the same part of his letter, not verses. and chapters, but a complete thought, in one letter. That law is love, which all anointed Christian's have written into their hearts, why? Because they are a part of the intimate body of Christ Jesus, who is the law of love for Christian's. Who's love? The love Christ Jesus that he had without works of law, for his Father YHWH.

Romans 5:20 The law came in besides, that the trespass might abound; but where sin abounded, grace abounded more exceedingly;

Thus, all gifts of the Holy Spirit, faith being one of them comes through the head of the body, Christ Jesus, the Word of God too its body members. Hence, faith is distributed too each member of Christ body as God's pleases, it is not gotten by obeying words necessarily from the bible, but the head of the congregation Christ Jesus the Word of God, whom speak too his body members in Spirit. This is why Christian's have to be led, and walk by Spirit, and listen to the Spirit, not words twisted by the flesh mind trying to prove itself righteous by works of law. But instead to the heads instructions of Christ to walk in love.

Rom.12:3 For I say, through the grace that was given me, to every man who is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think reasonably, as God has apportioned to each person a measure of faith.

Ephesians 4:7 But to each one of us was the grace given according to the measure of the gift of Christ.

Romans 7:4 Therefore, my brothers, you also were made dead to the law through the body of Christ, that you would be joined to another, to him who was raised from the dead, that we might bring forth fruit to God.

The problem with legal minded Christian's they cannot separated themselves from, because they cannot walk in Spirit is trying to prove themselves righteous by obeying a commandment. Not understanding they cannot put away their unrighteousness without Christ Jesus doing it for them by his own righteousness, which is why he gave his perfect good righteous life too fulfill the law for us.

Romans 7:5 For when we were in the flesh, the sinful passions which were through the law, worked in our members to bring forth fruit to death.

1 Peter 3:21 This is a symbol of baptism, which now saves you--not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God, through the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Ephesians 2:8 for by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God.

Romans 8:7 because the mind of the flesh is hostile towards God; for it is not subject to God's law, neither indeed can it be.

All sin is lawlessness, which breaks, and disqualifies, a person in keeping the commandments in the first place. Christ Jesus did not break any law nor was he disqualified, being a sinless human like Adam was created too be. Hence, it Christ righteousness, not our righteousness, and it his works in us as a new creation, created by God, in Christ Jesus as a mere member of his bodies good works in obeying the law of love which is the law of the body of Christ Jesus.

1 Peter 4:10 As each has received a gift, employ it in serving one another, as good managers of the grace of God in its various forms.

The works Abraham in offer up his own son broke all man's laws, even God's laws that should prove any reasonable person, who loves God that James words has nothing to do with obeying a commandments in the bible, but instead walking by faith doing acts faith beyond any laws if God ask us to. Laws of our flesh, works of law are not based upon faith, but a person proving themselves to other in flesh they are righteous. Creating a bunch of rules and enforcing those laws to prove they are righteous too other men/woman of the same fleshly mind. They are not the act of faith Abraham did in breaking every known law to man and God's commandments in trying to kill his own son for God!

Romans 10:4 For Christ is the fulfillment{or, completion, or end} of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes.

Romans 9:31 but Israel, following after a law of righteousness, didn't arrive at the law of righteousness.

Romans 13:10 Love doesn't harm a neighbor. Love therefore is the fulfillment of the law.

John 15:1 "I am the true vine, and my Father is the farmer.
15:2 Every branch in me that doesn't bear fruit, he takes away. Every branch that bears fruit, he prunes, that it may bear more fruit.
15:3 You are already pruned clean because of the word which I have spoken to you.
15:4 Remain in me, and I in you. As the branch can't bear fruit by itself, unless it remains in the vine, so neither can you, unless you remain in me.
15:5 I am the vine. You are the branches. He who remains in me, and I in him, the same bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing.
