Daily Bible Thought > Matt.6:34 - Don't be Anxious for Tomorrow

Matt.6:34 Therefore don't be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day's own evil is sufficient.

Christian must have a reality check, for one if they are of the body of Christ Jesus they are dead to the flesh. Subsequently, which means they are one breathe each day from passing through the veil of their tent. They are bought by Christ Jesus righteous life and their lives are not theirs but Christ for his will.

James 4:14 Whereas you don't know what your life will be like tomorrow. For what is your life? For you are a vapor, that appears for a little time, and then vanishes away.

Can they than not be anxious? No! Each day because they have the righteousness of Christ spiritual body they are persecuted for his righteousness as enemy of Satan world. But they are reminded they live one day at time and each day their will have problem's possibly out of their personal control, and Christ will take care of those problems as they put faith in their head Christ Jesus.

But Christ is not building an earthly kingdom of some man made religion or government, so if a Christian's thinks Christ is going to solve the problems of their religion they will find Christ words above false. Christ will sustain those putting faith in him, as God's Kingdom and Righteousness and will feed them spiritually and help them have their daily needs. Moreover, when these worldly kingdoms and religions fail us Christ Jesus cannot, because he is no part of this world.

John 18:36 Jesus answered, "My Kingdom is not of this world. If my Kingdom were of this world, then my servants would fight, that I wouldn't be delivered to the Jews. But now my Kingdom is not from here."

1 John 4:5 They are of the world. Therefore they speak of the world, and the world hears them.
