James 4:13 Come now, you who say, "Today or tomorrow let's go into this city, and spend a year there, trade, and make a profit."
The same pride of arrogance found in the judge mental mind of the flesh, is the same mind that brags about making profit. These brothers and sisters knew they belonged too Christ as his body as members. They were not the detached, as though being a member of Christ Jesus, in just an intellectual undertaking. No! They were intimately apart of the living life of Christ Jesus as body members.
Sealed with God's Holy Spirit, and the witness of truth bearing witnesses in their hearts. They were not a free agent, they were not self willed, they were in fact led by Holy Spirit through their head, Christ Jesus. They could not have two minds. They could not have the mind of Christ and the mind of flesh, and be able to stay faithful to one master. They could not judge as the world does, by unrighteous wisdom.
Their lives was an act of faith, they were ambassadors substituting for Christ as God's holy Temple upon earth for sharing the good news of God's kingdom. Their lives in no manner were their own, they were but a mist appearing and disappearing in flesh. Such proud arrogance suggested just the opposite as though they could judge your brothers, and sisters by how they made a living. Christ himself was rich, and had become poor for them. Poor by his dedication on to death to his heavenly Father Yahweh.
This price for their sins was not accounted against them in the precious, and undeserved blood of Christ. Although, their tribulation in their flesh would seem great it would be momentary and light in comparison to the glorious freedom they were to receive as children of God.
