James 5:10 Take, brothers, for an example of suffering and of patience, the prophets who spoke in the name of the Lord.
Can a person love God, and His ways, and not suffer? No! They cannot, why? Because the Spirit of God is opposed to the world, what does this mean? It means there is a state of enmity between two seeds, one is fleshly, or the fleshly mind passed on too us by Adams sin, and the other is the mind of Christ given too us when we are adopted as a child of God. A person cannot love God, and not suffer its that simple because the fleshly state of the mind is against the Spirit mind of Christ Jesus.
Hence, we must endure, and that endurance is not for one test, but for a life time of being tested by the our own fleshly mind, or that of others and the demons. It is endurance in faith, not endurance of meeting some rule in the bible as most Christian's think, but rather endurance in our faith in God's love, but why love?
It is because love, the Royal law of YHWH is a Spiritual law that constantly redeems us into the mind of Christ Jesus, what does that mean? It means Christ died once for all time, not each day, or year to year. What is left for us as Christian's? It is for us to believe in that, put faith in the once for all time redemption of us. Hence, forth, we stand in God's love, why His love? Because love covers a multitude of sins, it is God's love for what His Son did for us that we are remembered by God where He acts under the Royal law of love towards us. And how does the Royal law look at us for what Christ Jesus given for us?
1Cor.13:4 Love is patient and is kind; love doesn't envy. Love doesn't brag, is not proud, 13:5 doesn't behave itself inappropriately, doesn't seek its own way, is not provoked, takes no account of evil; 13:6 doesn't rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth; 13:7 bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. 13:8 Love never fails.
