MAIN TALK UNDERSTANDING GOD THE SCRIPTURES

Daily Bible Thought > Luke.13:4,5 - If Your Eye is Evil?

Luke13:4 Or those eighteen, on whom the tower in Siloam fell, and killed them; do you think that they were worse offenders than all the men who dwell in Jerusalem?
13:5 I tell you, no, but, unless you repent, you will all perish in the same way."

Have you every noted how Christian's so offend attributes a person judgment to God's wrath, but when evil befalls them it is from the Devil, do you see how skewed this thinking is? Do you realize how partial such evil judgments are? It's very much like unrighteous attorney's of the law having an agenda, for, or against, an individual. Every fact gather is going to be twisted in favor, or against the person, meaning what truth is found is so polluted by the pride of winning, an argument its no longer truth! Where Christian's takes side in such unholy judgments/arguments, thinking they are standing for God impartial judgments, they find themselves polluted by unholy fleshly mind, dead in Christ.

John 3:19 This is the judgment, that the light has come into the world, and men loved the darkness rather than the light; for their works were evil.

Such was the case above Christ Jesus spoke too, those of Israel, whom believed this event was a judgment of God, the tower of Siloam failing upon these eighteen souls, killing them. Why such evil thoughts? Because that is human nature under sin, they impute evil too others unless they are a friend or a family member. However, God does not uphold unrighteous judgments by hang his approval upon them. Man does that as he calls down evil constantly by God's word to establish his own righteousness before other flesh persons.

Romans 12:9 Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor that which is evil. Cling to that which is good.

Matt.7:1 "Don't judge, so that you won't be judged.
7:2 For with whatever judgment you judge, you will be judged; and with whatever measure you measure, it will be measured to you. 7:3 Why do you see the speck that is in your brother's eye, but don't consider the beam that is in your own eye? 7:4 Or how will you tell your brother, 'Let me remove the speck from your eye;' and behold, the beam is in your own eye? 7:5 You hypocrite! First remove the beam out of your own eye, and then you can see clearly to remove the speck out of your brother's eye.

Such is the shocking ignorance of the history of religion and its judgments against each other destroying lives of innocent, and the wicked, which should sober up a reasonable person in not making such judgments. But nevertheless, it will not, just as it didn't most of these self-righteous Jews. Hence, their entire world came to a fiery violent end by the hands of the Roman empire in 70CE. Such a violent judgment could not be perceive by them, why? They were blinded by the law, the law that they thought declared them righteous if they kept it, they could not imagine their judgments of the Christ was wrong.

How blinded were they by law, simply put, the innocent blood upon the Altar of God for their sin had lost all meaning of atonement for not keeping the law. The evil in their eye were quick to declare other wicked/evil having God's judgment upon them believing without doubt, they were doing a sacred service for God.

Romans 2:23 You who glory in the law, through your disobedience of the law do you dishonor God?
