How could the Jews of all people on earth not know Christ Jesus Father YHWH? Because on cannot know God from law, you can only know Jehovah God by Spirit and truth, Christ is the truth, and to know the truth of God, one must be taught by His Spirit. This is the issues facing so many Christian's today they know God by a teaching of their religious group, but do not know God and His Son Christ Jesus by faith. The power of intellectual knowledge blinds a person to the truth.

John 5:37 The Father himself, who sent me, has testified about me. You have neither heard his voice at any time, nor seen his form.
5:38 You don't have his word living in you; because you don't believe him whom he sent. 5:39 "You search the Scriptures, because you think that in them you have eternal life; and these are they which testify about me.

1 Corinthians 1:26 For you see your calling, brothers, that not many are wise according to the flesh, not many mighty, and not many noble;

We must never forget the pride of our fallen flesh to obtain some knowledge on a subject and think we are an authority giving us the right to teach and judges others with it. No! One cannot do so with Spirit and truth, because it is alive, the living life of Christ Jesus that indwell us with Holy Spirit producing the works of God, that is, the fruit of Holy Spirit without the Holy Spirit it is a lie. Why a lie? Because the flesh cannot know God, hence, it will distorts the truth about God whom never and cannot lie.

Romans 8:9 But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if it is so that the Spirit of God dwells in you. But if any man doesn't have the Spirit of Christ, he is not his.

Titus 1:2 in hope of eternal life, which God, who can't lie, promised before time began;

No after thousand's of years of education by God's law the Jews for the most part did not come to know the Father they boasted in, and worshiped only a handful learned about the Father by the outpouring of Holy Spirit, which transformed them from flesh into a new spirit person, a son of God. These know the Father because the truth of the Father is written into their hearts by God's own Holy Spirit. Moreover, without faith in Christ the truth, we cannot know the Father or received the needed Holy Spirit to teaches us the truth of God's love. The Jews seen the Father from law and judgment, Christ seen him as love, perfect in all things. The flesh thinks it can be perfect in all things by meeting laws and rules of the religious group only to become a liar.

1 John 2:27 As for you, the anointing which you received from him remains in you, and you don't need for anyone to teach you. But as his anointing teaches you concerning all things, and is true, and is no lie, and even as it taught you, you will remain in him.

James 3:14 But if you have bitter jealousy and selfish ambition in your heart, don't boast and don't lie against the truth.

1 John 1:6 If we say that we have fellowship with him and walk in the darkness, we lie, and don't tell the truth.

Romans 7:18 For I know that in me, that is, in my flesh, dwells no good thing. For desire is present with me, but I don't find it doing that which is good.

Romans 8:8 Those who are in the flesh can't please God.
