Gal. 3:1 Foolish Galatians, who has bewitched you not to obey the truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ was openly set forth among you as crucified? 3:2 I just want to learn this from you. Did you receive the Spirit by the works of the law, or by hearing of faith? 3:3 Are you so foolish? Having begun in the Spirit, are you now completed in the flesh?
Here the apostle Paul draws the line in the sand for the Galatians, are they born again by the Spirit, and/or are they born again by the Laws, which law condemns all of us in our flesh to the judgment of death? Which one of the two gave them the anointing Spirit of Christ Jesus? Did Christ die before their eyes or not? If not then he didn't the law is not completed? If so the law governing the flesh found in sin and corruption was put away, no longer valid judging them worthy of death for the sins of their flesh. Had they received the eternal life of Christ upon the irrefutable truth Christ was raised in the Spirit, or did they received the oral tradition of the law written upon scrolls?
1 Corinthians 15:56 The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law.
Galatians 2:16 yet knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law but through faith in Jesus Christ, even we believed in Christ Jesus, that we might be justified by faith in Christ, and not by the works of the law, because no flesh will be justified by the works of the law.
Had they been bewitched by drudgery, had someone gave them cool-aid to drink, how had they become so fleshly, when the flesh has no value at all in their anointing? What was this seductive power which now entered into them like Eve in the garden Eden, seduced her away from her headship Adam? Had the anointed body members under Christ headship now thought they could be directed by the Old Law of Moses and maintain The Spirit relationship with Christ?
Galatians 2:18 For if I build up again those things which I destroyed, I prove myself a law-breaker.
Galatians 2:21 I don't make void the grace of God. For if righteousness is through the law, then Christ died for nothing!"
James 4:11 Don't speak against one another, brothers. He who speaks against a brother and judges his brother, speaks against the law and judges the law. But if you judge the law, you are not a doer of the law, but a judge.
Did Christ die in vain? For no purpose, but to make his body members of Christ subjected to works of the flesh, that is, the lust of the flesh which the law itself could not stop, but rather incite? How had they become so foolish into denying the Christ for laws that condemned them as unrighteous as sinner? Were they now sinner “in Christ” needing harsh laws to maintain the power of Christ in his own incorruptible righteousness?
Hebrews 7:19 (for the law made nothing perfect), and a bringing in of a better hope, through which we draw near to God.
1Tim.1:9 as knowing this, that law is not made for a righteous man, but for the lawless and insubordinate, for the ungodly and sinners, for the unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers.
1 John 3:9 Whoever is born of God doesn't commit sin, because his seed remains in him; and he can't sin, because he is born of God.
Rom. 7:5 For when we were in the flesh, the sinful passions which were through the law, worked in our members to bring forth fruit to death.
Rom.7:13 Did then that which is good become death to me? May it never be! But sin, that it might be shown to be sin, by working death to me through that which is good; that through the commandment sin might become exceeding sinful.
Did they foolish think by doing good works through the law they could become better flesh, a more righteous flesh, a flesh the law proved nothing good dwells in for eternal life with God? Yes! They were impaling the Christ again for lack of faith, trading the glory of God (Christ righteousness in the very imagine of God) for that which is administered through the creation (human priest), for four foot creature slaughter for their sins daily at the physical temple. They thought they were wise in the wisdom of educated men as their teachers. But here the wisdom of man was misleading them, as the flesh always misleads us into all kinds of corruption and yeast of teachings. These were rejecting the unshakable kingdom of God, for the shakable false religion of men who administered to them death and condemnation.
Romans 8:8 Those who are in the flesh can't please God.
Romans 7:18 For I know that in me, that is, in my flesh, dwells no good thing. For desire is present with me, but I don't find it doing that which is good.
Romans 7:25 I thank God through Jesus Christ, our Lord! So then with the mind, I myself serve God's law, but with the flesh, the sin's law.
1 Peter 1:19 but with precious blood, as of a faultless and pure lamb, the blood of Christ;
Hebrews 13:11 For the bodies of those animals, whose blood is brought into the holy place by the high priest as an offering for sin, are burned outside of the camp.{Leviticus 16:27}
The same fleshly religion that killed the Son of God. Today, where are the son's of the kingdom? It's hard to tell, why? Because this evil now permeates the kingdom of God found in his Spirit lead wheat Christian's that should be born new from Spirit of God, and be lead by Spirit and not fleshly men in religion.
1 John 2:20 You have an anointing from the Holy One, and you all have knowledge.{Or, "know what is true." Or, "know all things."}
1 John 2:27 As for you, the anointing which you received from him remains in you, and you don't need for anyone to teach you. But as his anointing teaches you concerning all things, and is true, and is no lie, and even as it taught you, you will remain in him.
John 6:63 It is the spirit who gives life. The flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and are life.
The same continues today in yeast mixed into the Spirit in teachings that have corrupted the whole lump of truth and Spirit. Where the body of Christ find themselves steep in a mixture that bewitches them into putting faith in flesh that has no value at all in the Spirit. The same ear marking that Paul reproved the Galatians's for, for allowing their hearts and minds to walk by sight, putting confidence in flesh over they very life of Christ that sealed them in the witness of the Spirit. Yes, believing God was now reforming the flesh into a better cleaner flesh for his glory.
1 Peter 3:21 This is a symbol of baptism, which now saves you--not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God, through the resurrection of Jesus Christ.
Romans 8:3 For what the law couldn't do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God did, sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and for sin, he condemned sin in the flesh;
Romans 8:5 For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit.
Luke 13:21 It is like yeast, which a woman took and hid in three measures{literally, three sata. 3 sata is about 39 litres or a bit more than a bushel} of flour, until it was all leavened." 1 Corinthians 5:7 Purge out the old yeast, that you may be a new lump, even as you are unleavened. For indeed Christ, our Passover, has been sacrificed in our place.
Yes, a substitute yeast kingdom built by men in corrupted flesh calling it the truth because they use the bible? The self-same mistake the Jews made with the law! No! God's children had been put to death in the flesh by Christ whom completed the law, proving there was no value in their flesh to work our way into the kingdom of God, the law perfect what in our flesh (nothing)! Wake up! Nothing! Not one thing! Did Christ die in vain, for no purpose so we might live by faith in Spirit and truth? That is, in him, Christ Jesus because we were given the gift of his life, which is, his righteousness the very reflection of his Fathers own righteousness to serve and worship in a temple shadow on earth?
There is no righteousness in our flesh that establish God's kingdom in heaven for a new righteousness, a new heaven. If we are teaching there is, we are teaching the same corruption Paul under Holy Spirit reproved the body of Christ over some two thousand's years ago.
James 1:20 for the anger of man doesn't produce the righteousness of God.
Titus 3:5 not by works of righteousness, which we did ourselves, but according to his mercy, he saved us, through the washing of regeneration and renewing by the Holy Spirit.
Philippians 3:9 and be found in him, not having a righteousness of my own, that which is of the law, but that which is through faith in Christ, the righteousness which is from God by faith;
Romans 10:3 For being ignorant of God's righteousness, and seeking to establish their own righteousness, they didn't subject themselves to the righteousness of God.
Romans 10:4 For Christ is the fulfillment{or, completion, or end} of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes. 1 Corinthians 1:30 But of him, you are in Christ Jesus, who was made to us wisdom from God, and righteousness and sanctification, and redemption:
2 Peter 3:13 But, according to his promise, we look for new heavens and a new earth, in which righteousness dwells.
