MAIN TALK UNDERSTANDING GOD THE SCRIPTURES

Daily Bible Thought > Eph.2:1 You were made alive when you were dead in transgressions and sins,

Eph.2:1 You were made alive when you were dead in transgressions and sins,

First, the apostle Paul defines for us life and death according to God’s standards of living truth. Those living in death, that is, sins against God they dead to him, while living in their flesh, but they are some made alive to God by the power of Christ life in them as a living sacrifice freed from sin, and alive to God.

1 John 3:5 You know that he was revealed to take away our sins, and in him is no sin.

In other words, what God judged as sin in Adam which was spread to all humans from Adam is death, not life. Thus, the whole human race is under death, and is lawless to God, but why? To be alive with God whom is the Spirit, one cannot have sin!

Romans 5:12 Therefore, as sin entered into the world through one man, and death through sin; and so death passed to all men, because all sinned.

1 John 3:4 Everyone who sins also commits lawlessness. Sin is lawlessness.

It is sins of the flesh that separates us from God, because it is dead to Spirit of the Person of God. To have God’s life in a person they must be without sin, just as the Son of God was without sin.

Rom.8:2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus made me free from the law of sin and of death.
Rom. 8:7 because the mind of the flesh is hostile towards God; for it is not subject to God's law, neither indeed can it be.
8:8 Those who are in the flesh can't please God.

1 John 3:9 Whoever is born of God doesn't commit sin, because his seed remains in him; and he can't sin, because he is born of God.

The problem for us is to imagine that somehow we can stop sinning by our own actions and/or by biblical teachings. This myth/lie is taught and practice by the vast majority of religion on earth to day in thinking by self-power, that is, will power they can be a “better” sinner by doing so less.

1 Peter 3:21 This is a symbol of baptism, which now saves you--not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God, through the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

But the truth is no one before Christ could be a non-sinner, all sinned and fall short of God’s glory which glory is sinlessness without transgression of his righteousness. But after Christ being raised and given the gift of incorruptible life many were made alive, not by their actions, but by the actions of God. In other words, one cannot resurrect themselves outside of God’s power, thus, how could one be made alive in Christ without the power of God?

Colossians 2:13 You were dead through your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh. He made you alive together with him, having forgiven us all our trespasses.

Now these brothers and sisters were given the life of Christ Jesus sinlessness to make them sinless in God’s eyes as being his body members. In other words, what is of the body of Christ is of Christ headship, one cannot have a sinful finger in the body of sinlessness.

All are made righteous or all are not, if Christ is our righteousness than all of his body has the same righteousness not of itself but of the body.

Philippians 1:11 being filled with the fruits of righteousness, which are through Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God.

Philippians 3:9 and be found in him, not having a righteousness of my own, that which is of the law, but that which is through faith in Christ, the righteousness which is from God by faith..

Now being alive by God’s power, yes, God power in Christ meant they were no longer of Adam, but of Christ the last Adam, they were born new into a sinless body of Christ they no longer belong to sin and death in darkness, but freed from the judgment of this world.

Rom.8:1 There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who don't walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.{NU omits "who don't walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit"}

But like Christ they must suffer in their mortal bodies stilling living in sins and darkness of this world, so the inward life of Christ can conquer every facet of darkness and lawlessness of this world setting the creation free from the enslavement of sin spread into all the world by Satan’s the Devils lie!

Rom.8:35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Could oppression, or anguish, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?
8:36 Even as it is written, "For your sake we are killed all day long. We were accounted as sheep for the slaughter."{Psalm 44:22}
8:37 No, in all these things, we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.
8:38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers,
8:39 nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

For us to understand the writings of the apostles after the out pouring of Holy Spirit we must never leave this pattern of helpful teachings. We must clearly define light and darkness, alive and death, righteousness and lawlessness or we will quickly be consumed by the spirit of the law defying people outside of Christ.

2 Timothy 1:13 Hold the pattern of sound words which you have heard from me, in faith and love which is in Christ Jesus.
