In What Condition Was Adam & Eve Created in?

Why did God not give Adam and Eve a law book pointing out possible sins? Moreover, why did God give Moses the law? Was God lacking in his love for Adam and Eve; was he a negligent Father?

Romans 5:13 For until the law, sin was in the world; but sin is not charged when there is no law.

Was sex a sin? Where rules and laws must be given to Adam and Eve by God regarding the good and bad of sex? First, the bible is very consistent on this matter. Adam and Eve were created in God's love, thus, the rule of law was love not wickedness from sin needing laws for conviction them of sin, why?

1 Timothy 1:5 but the goal of this command is love, out of a pure heart and a good conscience and unfeigned faith.

Titus 1:15 To the pure, all things are pure; but to those who are defiled and unbelieving, nothing is pure; but both their mind and their conscience are defiled.

1 Corinthians 13:2 If I have the gift of prophecy, and know all mysteries and all knowledge; and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but don't have love, I am nothing.

Because sin had not yet entered into the world, sin had not occurred in the human race, which mean, when a person is created in God's love, there are no laws against sin because there no sin. Those without sin are son's of God; no evil is found in God, nor what he creates from love (God is sinless). God was not thinking in terms of evil, that is, in what possible scenario Adam and Eve might scum to by evil thoughts. He was not filing accusation against his children without sin; before sin had entered into the world!

Rom.8:33 Who could bring a charge against God's chosen ones? It is God who justifies.
8:34 Who is he who condemns?

Ephesians 3:19 and to know Christ's love which surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.

Ephesians 4:15 but speaking truth in love, we may grow up in all things into him, who is the head, Christ.

1 John 4:18 There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear has punishment. He who fears is not made perfect in love.

The power of sin is the law. In other words, sin is exposed by laws giving it judgment over our sins. God had no sin in his mind when creating Adam and Eve, he did not create them with the thought of no sex until sin entered into them with giving them the knowledge good and evil. Because Adam and Eve were created in God's love, they had no knowledge of sin, nor that they were naked, which required an evil mind for them to be ashamed of their innocent state of being naked.

1 Corinthians 15:56 The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law.

1Cor.13:4 Love is patient and is kind; love doesn't envy. Love doesn't brag, is not proud, 13:5 doesn't behave itself inappropriately, doesn't seek its own way, is not provoked, takes no account of evil;
13:6 doesn't rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth; 13:7 bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. 13:8 Love never fails

Once the fleshly mind was created by sin they judged for themselves good and evil. Immediately, they were alienated from God's love, hence, Holy Spirit, and its life sustaining fruits, which fruits had no “laws against them”! Now they had a myriad of good and evil thoughts as all human do. They could not undue the evil of sin by their fleshly mind going back to the law of love and its freedom, freedom from what? The sin and the laws now enslaving them into fruits of their own dealing, which ended in death.

Gal.5:22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith,{or, faithfulness} 5:23 gentleness, and self-control. Against such things there is no law.

1Tim.1:9 as knowing this, that law is not made for a righteous man, but for the lawless and insubordinate, for the ungodly and sinners, for the unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers, 1:10 for the sexually immoral, for homosexuals, for slave-traders, for liars, for perjurers, and for any other thing contrary to the sound doctrine;

Gal.5:9 A little yeast grows through the whole lump.

James 1:16 Don't be deceived, my beloved brothers.
1:17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom can be no variation, nor turning shadow.

In other words, they were created righteous, which means without sin. They could on their own merit stand righteous before God and commune with him, sustaining their everlasting lives. They had a clear conscience, they had no filth of their flesh, so they were innocent to the perfect degree in God's estimation of them as good, that is, without sin, and without evil thoughts.

Gal.5:17 For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another, that you may not do the things that you desire. 5:18 But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law. 5:19 Now the works of the flesh are obvious, which are: adultery, sexual immorality, uncleanness, lustfulness, 5:20 idolatry, sorcery, hatred, strife, jealousies, outbursts of anger, rivalries, divisions, heresies, 5:21 envyings, murders, drunkenness, orgies, and things like these; of which I forewarn you, even as I also forewarned you, that those who practice such things will not inherit the Kingdom of God.

The scriptures teach us nothing more about Adam and Eve thought process before sinning for good reason, because the evil of our thoughts process was not found in them. Moreover, God is bring us back to the condition of what Adam lost in association with Him, by Christ Jesus the last Adam.

Gal.5:13 For you, brothers, were called for freedom. Only don't use your freedom for gain to the flesh, but through love be servants to one another. 5:14 For the whole law is fulfilled in one word, in this: "You shall love your neighbor as yourself."{Leviticus 19:18}
5:15 But if you bite and devour one another, be careful that you don't consume one another. 5:16 But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you won't fulfill the lust of the flesh.

James 3:12 Can a fig tree, my brothers, yield olives, or a vine figs? Thus no spring yields both salt water and fresh water.
3:13 Who is wise and understanding among you? Let him show by his good conduct that his deeds are done in gentleness of wisdom. 3:14 But if you have bitter jealousy and selfish ambition in your heart, don't boast and don't lie against the truth.
3:15 This wisdom is not that which comes down from above,

This is why an evil thought is sin, lust, covetous, hate, and so on, these things were not in Adam and Eve prior to sinning. It is of little or no uses to impute those thoughts to them, when they had not entered into them. In other words, Adam and Eve had no other evil thoughts given to them to feed upon until Satan put evil thoughts into their mind; there were no other humans on earth they only associated was with good all the time God.

1 Corinthians 5:6 Your boasting is not good. Don't you know that a little yeast leavens the whole lump?

1 Corinthians 5:8 Therefore let us keep the feast, not with old yeast, neither with the yeast of malice and wickedness, but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.

Let us remember, God has killed our sinful flesh, he is not restoring it, he is not hanging decoration on a dead tree to make it look pretty to others sinful humans. Sin is going to be gone once more from the human race, all will be recreated into a new mind, the mind of Christ, because we are not there yet does not mean we will always be thinking first in evil and wrestle with it, no! There will be no pain, or, death, or any thoughts of the fleshly mind in the new mind of the last Adam, Christ Jesus.

Eccl. 9:5 For the living know that they will die, but the dead don't know anything, neither do they have any more a reward; for the memory of them is forgotten. 9:6 Also their love, their hatred, and their envy has perished long ago; neither have they any more a portion forever in anything that is done under the sun.

Sin is the condition of the soil we are in, yeast is what comes from our sinful thoughts from the logic of the fleshly mind, which is yeast to the mind of Christ. The law in Christ has no laws of sin against it because it is free from sin and death. This is the mind that will be given the human race.

Isaiah 65:17 For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth; and the former things shall not be remembered, nor come into mind.

2 Peter 3:13 But, according to his promise, we look for new heavens and a new earth, in which righteousness dwells.

Rev. 21:1 I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth have passed away, and the sea is no more.
21:2 I saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, made ready like a bride adorned for her husband. 21:3 I heard a loud voice out of heaven saying, "Behold, God's dwelling is with people, and he will dwell with them, and they will be his people, and God himself will be with them as their God.
21:4 He will wipe away from them every tear from their eyes. Death will be no more; neither will there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain, any more. The first things have passed away."
21:5 He who sits on the throne said, "Behold, I am making all things new." He said, "Write, for these words of God are faithful and true."

God's Kingdom is not formed by human hands, God does not mix good and evil or light and darkness. God does not take some good from human under sin, and build it into his Kingdom, no! God recreates people in the last Adam killing their flesh, into a Kingdom of his Son love without yeast. We are not there yet, we have both in us, good and bad, so at times we find ourselves in the mind of Christ freed from the judgments of the sinful flesh and its mind.

1Cor.15:26 The last enemy that will be abolished is death.
15:27 For, "He put all things in subjection under his feet."{Psalm 8:6} But when he says, "All things are put in subjection," it is evident that he is excepted who subjected all things to him.

Eph.5:8 For you were once darkness, but are now light in the Lord. Walk as children of light,
5:9 for the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth.

1 Thessalonians 5:5 You are all children of light, and children of the day. We don't belong to the night, nor to darkness,

The wisdom of this world does not fit into the condition of love, or the condition Adam and Eve where created in, such is foolishness to those thinking with the mind under sin and death. The two do not share in thought, one cannot get good fruit off a dead tree, one cannot get figs from a thorn bush no matter how much logic is involved, one can only get good fruit from a good tree, which does not changes like shadows under a huge tree of sin as the light of the sun cross the sky. God is light there is no darkness in him, he is incorruptible, he does not sin, nor does he create with sin in his mind by human feeling and thoughts under sinful flesh, nor is there any filth in him from our sin flesh.

1 Timothy 6:16 who alone has immortality, dwelling in unapproachable light; whom no man has seen, nor can see: to whom be honor and eternal power. Amen.

2 Timothy 1:10 but has now been revealed by the appearing of our Savior, Christ Jesus, who abolished death, and brought life and immortality to light through the Good News.

1 John 2:27 As for you, the anointing which you received from him remains in you, and you don't need for anyone to teach you. But as his anointing teaches you concerning all things, and is true, and is no lie, and even as it taught you, you will remain in him.

Philp.4:7 And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.
4:8 Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things.
