Man seeks his own righteousness in the name of God’s using God’s word as their righteousness when God’s word condemn all men as liars, sinners, which all sin is lawlessness, therefore all falls short of God’s glory.

Defending death by death ends in death! Religion is a competition to prove another religious group wrong that is it’s entire righteousness! Winning a game, a war does not make either side righteous, the evil in winning just proves both side exist in death and not God’s righteousness.

Christ Jesus does not waste his righteousness on death that he long ago conquered. He freely gives us his righteousness not by our justifying ourselves or a composite man called religion.

Humans have no righteousness before God, unless Christ Jesus imputes it too them, not by their works, or any religion, but by his works glorified by God his Father upon his resurrection.

Rubbing on the bible, eating it, preaching it, defeating and beating down your enemy with it, Christ did not do because Christ Jesus righteousness did not come from the bible, it came because he never sinned against God.
