“Love is the complete value of all things God; where our merit purchases us nothing, conversely, where love obtains to all things God.”
1Cor.13:1 If I speak with the languages of men and of angels, but don't have love, I have become sounding brass, or a clanging cymbal.
13:2 If I have the gift of prophecy, and know all mysteries and all knowledge; and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but don't have love, I am nothing. 13:3 If I dole out all my goods to feed the poor, and if I give my body to be burned, but don't have love, it profits me nothing. 13:4 Love is patient and is kind; love doesn't envy. Love doesn't brag, is not proud, 13:5 doesn't behave itself inappropriately, doesn't seek its own way, is not provoked, takes no account of evil; 13:6 doesn't rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth; 13:7 bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. 13:8 Love never fails.
1 Peter 4:8 And above all things be earnest in your love among yourselves, for love covers a multitude of sins.
1 John 2:15 Don't love the world, neither the things that are in the world. If anyone loves the world, the Father's love isn't in him.
1 John 4:7 Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God; and everyone who loves is born of God, and knows God.
1 John 4:8 He who doesn't love doesn't know God, for God is love.
Facts: 3 out of 4 Christians (74%) seldom have a “spiritual conversation” with anyone. Only 22% of American men and 33% of American women said they depend on Jesus Christ to overcome sin. 72% of the unchurched believe the Church is filled with hypocrites.
