MAIN TALK UNDERSTANDING GOD THE SCRIPTURES

Daily Bible Thought > Eph.1:11,12. - Assigned an Inheritance

Eph.1:11 in whom also we were assigned an inheritance, having been foreordained according to the purpose of him who works all things after the counsel of his will;
1:12 to the end that we should be to the praise of his glory, we who had before hoped in Christ:

Have we been purchased by God through the blood of Christ? Remember the Israelites purchased by God from the hands of Pharaoh through the red sea? They no longer belonged to themselves instead to the will of God, for his divine purpose that he would form them into a nation of pure worshiper for his own glory.

Psalms 74:2 Remember your congregation, which you purchased of old, which you have redeemed to be the tribe of your inheritance; Mount Zion, in which you have lived.

Acts 20:28 Take heed, therefore, to yourselves, and to all the flock, in which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to shepherd the assembly of the Lord and{TR, NU omit "the Lord and"} God which he purchased with his own blood.

Now its time for God's spiritual nation the reality of what Israel pictured to understand they do not belong to themselves not even planning ahead in doing business in this world, they must like the Israelites let God lead them direct them in every step within their life they are under the power of God and his Holy Spirit.

James 4:14 Whereas you don't know what your life will be like tomorrow. For what is your life? For you are a vapor, that appears for a little time, and then vanishes away. 4:15 For you ought to say, "If the Lord wills, we will both live, and do this or that." 4:16 But now you glory in your boasting. All such boasting is evil.

Deuteronomy 8:2 You shall remember all the way which Yahweh your God has led you these forty years in the wilderness, that he might humble you, to prove you, to know what was in your heart, whether you would keep his commandments, or not. 8:15 who led you through the great and terrible wilderness, [in which were] fiery serpents and scorpions, and thirsty ground where there was no water; who brought you forth water out of the rock of flint; 8:16 who fed you in the wilderness with manna, which your fathers didn't know; that he might humble you, and that he might prove you, to do you good at your latter end:

The test is the fleshes will which fights against God's will and to complicated things more there are many claiming to be Christian's bought from this earth by God through Christ Jesus who can't tell the difference between their own will and God's will, but why?

James 4:1 Where do wars and fightings among you come from? Don't they come from your pleasures that war in your members?
4:2 You lust, and don't have. You kill, covet, and can't obtain. You fight and make war. You don't have, because you don't ask.
4:3 You ask, and don't receive, because you ask with wrong motives, so that you may spend it for your pleasures.

The why is false religion that takes all words from the scriptures and dummies them down into man's thinking, man's greatness, to glorify the creation instead of the creator polluting truth into a yeast kingdom. Man's anger does not work out God's will/righteousness, why? Simply put, the flesh makes a grand mistakes here, and what is that? What makes humans under sin righteous that is the question? It is Christ blood not words from our bibles, and/or speaking them. When the flesh gets angry because a person is not obeying the words from their bible it does not mean our anger is then righteous (God's wrath) just because we have strong feeling of abhorrence towards the person. The reading and the feelings are not what makes a person righteous it is the blood of purchase!

James 1:17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom can be no variation, nor turning shadow. 1:18 Of his own will he brought us forth by the word of truth, that we should be a kind of first fruits of his creatures. 1:19 So, then, my beloved brothers, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, and slow to anger; 1:20 for the anger of man doesn't produce the righteousness of God.

Subsequently, the flesh is never righteous, it is instead dead to God so we are not under judgment, so how can judging someone else unrighteous flesh make us righteous? Many honestly believe God is redeeming them in the flesh which is another false religious teaching God is not reforming the flesh, the flesh is ruined by sin, its not being made into a new lump. Christ is the new lump. Thus, for us to be apart of the new lump (without yeast) the Christ whom is our unleavened bread we must be dead in our flesh to God.

Galatians 5:24 Those who belong to Christ have crucified the flesh with its passions and lusts.

Romans 3:20 Because by the works of the law, no flesh will be justified in his sight. For through the law comes the knowledge of sin.

Romans 8:6 For the mind of the flesh is death, but the mind of the Spirit is life and peace;

Christ is the will of our heavenly Father so for us to know the will of God we must be under his headship (mind) by being apart of him as body members. For that to happen, our will must not war against God's will, we must disown ourselves and rest in faith in that God is good, and he only gives his children perfect gifts, he does not changes as does our own unrighteous flesh that constantly temps us with evil leading into death.

John 8:15 You judge according to the flesh. I judge no one.

John 6:63 It is the spirit who gives life. The flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and are life.

James 2:8 However, if you fulfill the royal law, according to the Scripture, "You shall love your neighbor as yourself,"{Leviticus 19:18} you do well.
2:9 But if you show partiality, you commit sin, being convicted by the law as transgressors.
2:10 For whoever keeps the whole law, and yet stumbles in one point, he has become guilty of all.
2:11 For he who said, "Do not commit adultery,"{Exodus 20:14; Deuteronomy 5:18} also said, "Do not commit murder."{Exodus 10:13; Deuteronomy 5:17} Now if you do not commit adultery, but murder, you have become a transgressor of the law.
2:12 So speak, and so do, as men who are to be judged by a law of freedom.
