Daily Bible Thought: Your Throne, O God, is Forever and Ever

Heb.1:6 Again, when he brings in the firstborn into the world he says, "Let all the angels of God worship him." 1:7 Of the angels he says, "Who makes his angels winds, and his servants a flame of fire."{Psalm 104:4} 1:8 But of the Son he says, "Your throne, O God, is forever and ever. The scepter of uprightness is the scepter of your Kingdom.

There are some who try to make the distinction that God called other spirit angels his son's, so why would the writer of Hebrews act as if Christ is the only Son of God? First, for any honest person reading Hebrews at this point the writer is clear, with no doubt, and under the power of Holy Spirit himself making a demarcation between Christ and other angels and/or spirit son's of God as the only son of God that he calls his Son, as a Father.

Colossians 1:15 who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation. 1:16 For by him all things were created, in the heavens and on the earth, things visible and things invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers; all things have been created through him, and for him.

Many of us call God our Father, angels certain know whom their father is so what is the big deal. The big deal is God wants us to know that he personally glorified Jesus Christ, that Christ is the one called the word of God, and directly created by YHWH, all other beings were created through him.

John 1:14 The Word became flesh, and lived among us. We saw his glory, such glory as of the one and only Son of the Father, full of grace and truth.

John 1:18 No one has seen God at any time. The one and only Son,{NU reads "God"} who is in the bosom of the Father, he has declared him.

In fact, if one is honest and read the entire book of Hebrews they would soon see the book is about Christ, what he gained for us as God's Son. There is no mystery as to why God specifically stated this is my Son the beloved at the start of his ministry on earth, there is not doubt God had never stated that about any other spirit son or human, but Christ.

Luke 3:22 and the Holy Spirit descended in a bodily form as a dove on him; and a voice came out of the sky, saying "You are my beloved Son. In you I am well pleased."

None should be offended the God of love cannot cheat someone, or act evilly towards us he loved us as a Father, but only one is made the head of all, only one God is exulted above all others. Should we not trust in God's perfect judgment that what he exulted is out of love for us?

James 1:13 Let no man say when he is tempted, "I am tempted by God," for God can't be tempted by evil, and he himself tempts no one.
1:14 But each one is tempted, when he is drawn away by his own lust, and enticed. 1:15 Then the lust, when it has conceived, bears sin; and the sin, when it is full grown, brings forth death.
1:16 Don't be deceived, my beloved brothers. 1:17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom can be no variation, nor turning shadow.
1:18 Of his own will he brought us forth by the word of truth, that we should be a kind of first fruits of his creatures.

Isn't the book of Hebrews about humility, first, the humility of God himself sending us his beloved Son, then Christ humility suffering for us as a human, and then the angels of God rejoicing in being made servants of Christ, and lastly us. The question is do we have humility in Christ, or do we like so many make ourselves equal to God by imputing human desires for power and glory competing for a position. Do we impute evil to our Father in dividing up the bible verses into a legal book over words, trying to find a flaw so we can justify some desire we have in our own flesh?

1 Corinthians 11:3 But I would have you know that the head of every man is Christ, and the head of the woman is the man, and the head of Christ is God.

God shares his love beyond any human form, he takes sinful human's exulting them in his Son Christ Jesus how humble must God be when none of us our righteous, we all sin, and we must be given undeserved kindness most of us can't even understand fully? Let us like a faithful son impart what is good to God our Father, let us rejoice in his perfect creation of each son of God. Let us not love sin, the works of our fallen flesh and is misguided judgments, let us put on Christ.

Rom.12:1 Therefore I urge you, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service. 12:2 Don't be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God. 12:3 For I say, through the grace that was given me, to every man who is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think reasonably, as God has apportioned to each person a measure of faith. 12:4 For even as we have many members in one body, and all the members don't have the same function,
12:5 so we, who are many, are one body in Christ, and individually members one of another. 12:6 Having gifts differing according to the grace that was given to us, if prophecy, let us prophesy according to the proportion of our faith;
