Eph.3:12 in whom we have boldness and access in confidence through our faith in him.

It is a dichotomy to be bold and yet humble at the same time, and certainly there are many bold in your face Christian's today! Here is the problem, the one that plagues most readers of their bibles, what are Christian's bold in?

2 Corinthians 10:1 But I myself, Paul, entreat you by the meekness and gentleness of the Christ, who, as to appearance, [when present] [am] mean among you, but absent am bold towards you; 10:2 but I beseech that present I may not be bold with the confidence with which I think to be daring towards some who think of us as walking according to flesh.

Hebrews 4:16 Let us therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace for help in time of need.

Note please the apostle Paul is not speaking about bold with each other, but having access to whom? God through Christ Jesus. Furthermore, Paul is not speaking about boldness in the flesh, once again that is no secret many are bold in the flesh, he is however speaking about being bold in Christ, which changes our whole perception of this discussion.

Hebrews 10:35 Therefore don't throw away your boldness, which has a great reward.

1 John 3:21 Beloved, if our hearts don't condemn us, we have boldness toward God;

To be in Christ means much, but in particular in this case, the reference is to the power of Christ life working in them and for them. A value that no flesh has on earth, it is the power and worth of Christ life given them by God's love that allows each Christian access to God without the fears of our fallen flesh plaguing us by works of law.

1 John 4:17 In this love has been made perfect among us, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment, because as he is, even so are we in this world.

1 John 5:14 This is the boldness which we have toward him, that, if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us.

Paul is not speaking to being bold at all in our flesh, being stupid with others and rude. The price God set upon Christ life is beyond anything this world has, Satan, the wisdom of this world, money cannot purchase God's love in Christ. God value is so high in Christ that we can have a boldness even though we are sinners that Christ life allows freedom with our Father that he will here us and not mock us when requesting direction and guidance in our lives.

2 Peter 1:4 by which he has granted to us his precious and exceedingly great promises; that through these you may become partakers of the divine nature, having escaped from the corruption that is in the world by lust.

1 Peter 1:7 that the proof of your faith, which is more precious than gold that perishes even though it is tested by fire, may be found to result in praise, glory, and honor at the revelation of Jesus Christ--

1 Peter 1:19 but with precious blood, as of a faultless and pure lamb, the blood of Christ;

Which means that its not our worth that gives us boldness, where oneday we seem specially good, and the next evil, gaining merit oneday while losing it the next. In other words, no one can say if you do this or that for our religion you with have standing before God, that is, entry, access to God in prayers, no!

Romans 14:4 Who are you who judge another's servant? To his own lord he stands or falls. Yes, he will be made to stand, for God has power to make him stand.

1 Corinthians 1:24 but to those who are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ is the power of God and the wisdom of God.

1 Corinthians 2:5 that your faith wouldn't stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.

Ephesians 1:19 and what is the exceeding greatness of his power toward us who believe, according to that working of the strength of his might

Ephesians 1:21 far above all rule, and authority, and power, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age, but also in that which is to come.

Christ ransom sacrifice is not in any man hands, that is, in the flesh nor in their boldness in teaching. It is in heaven a fine pearl that is precious hidden from the eyes of this world, we must put faith in Christ value and not our own, we cannot present ourselves before God based upon our personal worth, we must with all humility present ourselves through Christ Jesus by God unmerited kindness freely given us by God's own love.

2 Corinthians 9:15 Now thanks be to God for his unspeakable gift!

Ephesians 2:8 for by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God.

1 Corinthians 4:7 For who makes you different? And what do you have that you didn't receive? But if you did receive it, why do you boast as if you had not received it?
