MAIN TALK UNDERSTANDING GOD THE SCRIPTURES

Daily Bible Thought > John 8:16 Even if I do judge, my judgment is true, for I am not alone, but I am with the Father who sent me.

John 8:16 Even if I do judge, my judgment is true, for I am not alone, but I am with the Father who sent me.

Christ was not an ambassador for God, he was the Son of God, sent to represent his Father YHWH interest and explain him to us in way that no other prophet of God could, as a Son-Father relationship that proved to be the highest form of moral love in loyalty and humility.

1 John 4:14 We have seen and testify that the Father has sent the Son as the Savior of the world.

1 John 4:9 By this God's love was revealed in us, that God has sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through him.

John 5:23 that all may honor the Son, even as they honor the Father. He who doesn't honor the Son doesn't honor the Father who sent him.

Yet, its clear Christ approach to his assignment in a world that didn't recognize him as the Son of God he acted as if he was an ambassador and would later assign ambassadorship to all God's children after the Holy Spirit was poured out upon his death and resurrection.

2 Corinthians 5:20 We are therefore ambassadors on behalf of Christ, as though God were entreating by us: we beg you on behalf of Christ, be reconciled to God.

Christ would state over and over again within the letter of John that he did not come to judge. Christ is not acting like a legal attorney of the law here reversing those statements so he could judge by some legal clause like the Pharisee's.

John 3:17 For God didn't send his Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world should be saved through him.

Lets not forget the nation of Israel was under the law of Moses, but of far greater importance that old covenant engaged that nation to God himself as a wife to be faithful to her husbandly owner God. God has never lost his Kingship over heaven and earth let alone the one people he had chose because of their faithful forefathers such as David.

Jeremiah 3:20 Surely as a wife treacherously departs from her husband, so have you dealt treacherously with me, house of Israel, says Yahweh.

Rom.7:3 So then if, while the husband lives, she is joined to another man, she would be called an adulteress. But if the husband dies, she is free from the law, so that she is no adulteress, though she is joined to another man.
7:4 Therefore, my brothers, you also were made dead to the law through the body of Christ, that you would be joined to another, to him who was raised from the dead, that we might bring forth fruit to God.

7:6 But now we have been discharged from the law, having died to that in which we were held; so that we serve in newness of the spirit, and not in oldness of the letter.

God had things to say and judge in Christ Jesus, and Christ Jesus never spoke of, or did anything of his own will, that is, his own initiative. Christ spoke by the Spirit of God in him, just as prophets had prior to him. But he like an ambassador did not insert his two cents into those words of the Spirit, what was important to him was God as the rightful king and husband of that nation was speaking to his wife, and earthly his subjects. That in and of itself is the pattern Christ set for all those soon to be in Christ as the Father was in him by Spirit.

John 12:49 For I spoke not from myself, but the Father who sent me, he gave me a commandment, what I should say, and what I should speak.

There was no room for speculation, or off the hand judgment based upon our emotions if we claim to represent the Father. What we need to be point specific here is that Christ was the new covenant, he is the agreement/contract between the new Spiritual Israel and the Father but not the Old covenant.

Thus, in God's time he would complete that Old contract with God's wife, that is, the nation of Israel. Christ would finish God's last messages from God under the Old law, the Old covenant, but he was not judging as it Representative of it, Christ was not an enforcer of the old law as were the Pharisee's appointed by the law to be it judges , and the kings of Israel were also

John 12:50 I know that his commandment is eternal life. The things therefore which I speak, even as the Father has said to me, so I speak."

John 14:10 Don't you believe that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? The words that I tell you, I speak not from myself; but the Father who lives in me does his works.

Christ was like an ambassador he represented the interest of God in explained the law, made comparison's at times between the Old Law and the new one he would bring in at God's set time, but we mustn't forget he did not enforce it, he didn't because he was no part of their world, one has to be a part of this world to enforce its law through its courts system which represent its authorized by the power of that nation that created the courts.

John 3:17 For God didn't send his Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world should be saved through him.

John 8:23 He said to them, "You are from beneath. I am from above. You are of this world. I am not of this world.

John 12:47 If anyone listens to my sayings, and doesn't believe, I don't judge him. For I came not to judge the world, but to save the world.

John 15:19 If you were of the world, the world would love its own. But because you are not of the world, since I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you.

Hence, that is why the apostles didn't want Christ brothers and sister to go into worldly courts against one another because they to were no part of this world, they were the ambassador substituting for Christ Jesus their headship, they to were engaged to Christ as his wife.

Revelation 21:9 One of the seven angels who had the seven bowls, who were loaded with the seven last plagues came, and he spoke with me, saying, "Come here. I will show you the wife, the Lamb's bride."

But here is the point; not a bride under the Old Covenant, but under the new one of the Spirit, and the truth, the truth spoken of as truth and Spirit is about Christ Jesus the truth, and the way, the way they were to conduct themselves in the world by staying faithful to the Christ this world was not the world they were to represent and live, they lived in Christ their life, and walk-in him for them to stay on a narrow cramped road negotiated by the wisdom of God (Christ mind) to stay clean from spot of this world.

Ephesians 5:27 that he might present the assembly to himself gloriously, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.

1 Timothy 6:14 that you keep the commandment without spot, blameless, until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ;
