No body is promoting not to obey God's commandments, God did not lay down hundreds of rules for those that “love” Him:

Rom.13:9 For the commandments, "You shall not commit adultery," "You shall not murder," "You shall not steal," "You shall not give false testimony," "You shall not covet,"{TR adds "You shall not give false testimony,"}{Exodus 20:13-15,17; Deuteronomy 5:17-19,21} and whatever other commandments there are, are all summed up in this saying, namely, "You shall love your neighbor as yourself."{Leviticus 19:18}

The Law was for the wicked, not the righteous, those loving Jehovah God. If people needs to be made to obey the law of love, the new covenant the body of Christ Jesus is under than they do not have God's law written into the hearts by His Holy Spirit.

To foolishly think that the law of love is a lower standard of righteousness, then a person does not know the God, who is love. The law did not make one righteous, the law condemn us for not obeying it. It was the blood that set us right/righteous before God, which removed His anger and curse.

The standard of righteousness to love one neighbor as yourself is impossible for any sinful human to meet. Thus, we have the blood of Christ to set us right before God. The WTS does not teach this, they teach the exact opposite of fear driven rules of the WTS to be made right by human efforts, before God, which is a lie!

To assume God's children want to do evil, is to say the law of love failed God's new creation, where he gives them a new heart and spirit by his Son's own life. When people think evil they live by rules to protect themselves believing it impossible for God's children to love their Father with their whole, mind, heart, and soul.

1Tim.1:9 as knowing this, that law is not made for a righteous man, but for the lawless and insubordinate, for the ungodly and sinners, for the unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers, 1:10 for the sexually immoral, for homosexuals, for slave-traders, for liars, for perjurers, and for any other thing contrary to the sound doctrine;

Rom.8:1 There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who don't walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.{NU omits "who don't walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit"} 8:2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus made me free from the law of sin and of death.
8:3 For what the law couldn't do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God did, sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and for sin, he condemned sin in the flesh; 8:4 that the ordinance of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. 8:5 For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit. 8:6 For the mind of the flesh is death, but the mind of the Spirit is life and peace;
8:7 because the mind of the flesh is hostile towards God; for it is not subject to God's law, neither indeed can it be. 8:8 Those who are in the flesh can't please God. 8:9 But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if it is so that the Spirit of God dwells in you. But if any man doesn't have the Spirit of Christ, he is not his.

There is one law that fulfills all God's commandments, that Law is the New Covenant. No person can obey the law of love perfectly, but the Son of God.

There is no condemnation in love, nor fear of judgments, why? Because love does not create a debt of sin, when we love each other we own nothing too each other in a way of debt of sin.

Rom.13:8 Owe no one anything, except to love one another; for he who loves his neighbor has fulfilled the law.

Colossians 3:13 bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, if any man has a complaint against any; even as Christ forgave you, so you also do.

Rom.8:1 There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who don't walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.{NU omits "who don't walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit"} 8:2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus made me free from the law of sin and of death.

1John 4:16 We know and have believed the love which God has for us. God is love, and he who remains in love remains in God, and God remains in him. 4:17 In this love has been made perfect among us, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment, because as he is, even so are we in this world. 4:18 There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear has punishment. He who fears is not made perfect in love.

This concept alludes those of the flesh because they are under laws of the flesh no matter what they call it; even erroneously the law of love, Laws or the flesh are for the wicked that will not obey God out of love for Him

John 3:6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh. That which is born of the Spirit is spirit.

1John 4:7 Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God; and everyone who loves is born of God, and knows God.
4:8 He who doesn't love doesn't know God, for God is love.

John 6:63 It is the spirit who gives life. The flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and are life.

John 8:15 You judge according to the flesh. I judge no one.

Legalism hates the law of love they impute unrighteousness into people even those God has sent His own Son to make righteous without condemnation by His Son's precious life's blood.

Rom.8:33 Who could bring a charge against God's chosen ones? It is God who justifies. 8:34 Who is he who condemns? It is Christ who died, yes rather, who was raised from the dead, who is at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us.

False religion creates a debt of sin and guilty to control and build massive religious organizations. They divide the law of love into thousands of minor rules and laws believing they are proved righteous by obeying them. Yet, they cannot put away the filth of the flesh, they cannot stop hating their brothers, or stop lusting in their heart for sex, having all sorts of unrighteous thought, thinking they are righteous because they hid these sin in their heart. Believing like the self-righteous Pharisees because they do not perform the evil act they are no longer a sinner.

James3:14 But if you have bitter jealousy and selfish ambition in your heart, don't boast and don't lie against the truth. 3:15 This wisdom is not that which comes down from above, but is earthly, sensual, and demonic. 3:16 For where jealousy and selfish ambition are, there is confusion and every evil deed.

James1:23 For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man looking at his natural face in a mirror; 1:24 for he sees himself, and goes away, and immediately forgets what kind of man he was. 1:25 But he who looks into the perfect law of freedom, and continues, not being a hearer who forgets, but a doer of the work, this man will be blessed in what he does. 1:26 If anyone among you thinks himself to be religious while he doesn't bridle his tongue, but deceives his heart, this man's religion is worthless.

But they are liars, and hypocrite while judging and creating debts for others they themselves cannot perform, which they should know if they had an honest humble heart found in truth and Spirit, would know by God's Spirit they are a wretch person unable on their best day not sin.

Rom.7:18 For I know that in me, that is, in my flesh, dwells no good thing. For desire is present with me, but I don't find it doing that which is good. 7:19 For the good which I desire, I don't do; but the evil which I don't desire, that I practice. 7:20 But if what I don't desire, that I do, it is no more I that do it, but sin which dwells in me. 7:21 I find then the law, that, to me, while I desire to do good, evil is present. Rom.7:24 What a wretched man I am! Who will deliver me out of the body of this death? 7:25 I thank God through Jesus Christ, our Lord! So then with the mind, I myself serve God's law, but with the flesh, the sin's law.

1John 1:8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.

Theses fleshly self-righteous Christian's are blinded by their own good deeds in the name of Christ, not understanding the simple truth, we are not good enough, nor can we stop sinning, and thus, breaking sin down into good ones bad ones more evil less evil, my sin are better than your sin, is still sin and corruption that ends in death. They do not understand unmerited kindness, they repeat it like a parrot with no spiritual understanding of what it means.

1 John 3:4 Everyone who sins also commits lawlessness. Sin is lawlessness.

Their whole life is base how will they obey a law to day, if they had a good day then they are a good Christian's, but if they didn't; like being proud and self-righteous they lost merit with God on this day.

They cannot understand God in His own love gave them without merit the righteousness of Christ undeservedly. God trusted in love over choosing to believe in evil as Satan did with Job.

James1:13 Let no man say when he is tempted, "I am tempted by God," for God can't be tempted by evil, and he himself tempts no one. 1:14 But each one is tempted, when he is drawn away by his own lust, and enticed. 1:15 Then the lust, when it has conceived, bears sin; and the sin, when it is full grown, brings forth death.
1:16 Don't be deceived, my beloved brothers. 1:17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom can be no variation, nor turning shadow.

Satan is the accuser of Christ brothers day and night, what is he accusing them of? Sinning, not being worthy of God's love, that no person will obey God if they are not made too by laws of the flesh that punishes the wicked.

1 Peter 3:21 This is a symbol of baptism, which now saves you--not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God, through the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

A righteous person lives by faith in God's promises, they to not live by works of law, they do not account their own goodness worthy enough to stand before God. Nor do they mock God by sowing too the flesh, claiming they can obey God's laws enough to make themselves righteous/worthy enough for life eternal. Neither to the judge according to the laws of the flesh their brothers and sisters creating a debt that they cannot pay. Rather they fulfill the law by love that does not keep account of injury.

They remain in Christ Jesus under God's unmerited kindness by walking and obeying the one law of love from a thankful heart for God's unmerited kindness toward them.

Romans 9:32 Why? Because they didn't seek it by faith, but as it were by works of the law. They stumbled over the stumbling stone.
