Matt.5:17 "Don't think that I came to destroy the law or the prophets. I didn't come to destroy, but to fulfill. 5:18 For most certainly, I tell you, until heaven and earth pass away, not even one smallest letter{literally, iota} or one tiny pen stroke{or, serif} shall in any way pass away from the law, until all things are accomplished.

The problems with taking a legal fleshly approach to God's word the bible is it becomes a nightmare contract, which contradicts itself; where one lives in fear there is yet another scripture hidden that will defeat their ideology. Such as the verses Jesus spoke in the Sermon on the Mount. Christ words at Matthew Chapter Five are often used by legal Christian's in uphold their ideology.

Legalistic Christian's see one thought in Christ words; “not one iota, smallest letter of the Law can pass away”. Hence, to them they will deny the rest of the holy writings, which say, just the opposite, putting themselves and others through legal hoops, and wranglings to uphold their erroneous ideology to fit the Laws as still being enforced over them.

Unfortunately, they choose not to read Christ words in context before, and after his statements, which Christ Jesus says, he came to “fulfill the law”, and that would be accomplished when it was his Fathers will. He did not say the Law would not be fulfilled, he said rather it would be, “when all things are accomplished”.

Jesus fulfilled the Law that was his stated purposes, a change in those Jews lives was to take place in just a few short years, Christ righteous life would fulfill the Law, changing those Jews heavens, and earth, rolling them up as it were. Yes, with the murder of the Son of God, the enter nation of Israel was destroyed, destroying their Temple, Priesthood, and its service of animal sacrifices for remission of their sins, hence, removing their center of pure worship for that great nation.

There can be no denying this by secular history of the Jew's.

The Law of God was no longer their heavens and earth the fabric of the Jewish society, which, animal blood enforced the Law effectuating it, in keeping of the holy commandments of God. Without the blood the Law was of no value to the Jewish nation having no sacrifice for sin. Moreover, the Law could not be kept without the blood validating the power of Gods Law.

The Jewish nation destroyed by the Roman empire, scattering their society throughout the then known world, gone was their whole way of life. Christ Jesus did not call the law evil, saying it was not from his Father, no! Rather, he fulfilled the law by his blood of his righteous life completing its purpose for His Father will, towards mankind.

Christ, subsequently, completed one contract, which, contract was instituted with inferior animal blood. Moreover, he then instituted a new contract with a superior blood, his own. The old contract with Israel was satisfied according to God's righteous requirements of the contract terms, by YHWH sending a perfect sinless life to died, once for all time, completing what the Old contract could not effectuate with a physical priesthood, and its inferior sacrifice for sin.

All contracts rather human or God's must be satisfied by the terms of the contract, which is true of God's righteousness Law, the Old Contract had to be satisfied with perfect sinless blood of a man, like Adam, that is, before Adam's fall into sin. Thus, Christ buying back the human race from Adam's sin. Nothing less would satisfy God's justice. The Old Law Contract could not be accomplished towards mankind until it was satisfied by the terms of the contract. Hence, perfect sinless life fulfilling its requirements, heaven earth would sooner be removed than the contract not be satisfied by its terms instituted with God people the Jews.

Jesus Christ was that satisfaction for the Old Contract, Christ Jesus accomplished all things regarding the Law of Moses, he meant on every term of the contract, completing it's righteous requirements, nothing was lacking in his life blood.

Legalistic Christian's fearless defend their belief the Old Contract that it was not fulfilled, but rather upheld by Christ Jesus, erroneously arguing the word “fulfilled” does not mean completing the law, but rather the law is still enforced over Christian's. Unfortunately, it is a lack in education, or ignorance of contract law, practiced by every nation upon earth since law started.

Christ did not destroy the contract (the Old Covenant including its laws) but rather fulfilled the contract with God by paying off the terms of the contract, legally removing it power over the Jews, and Christian's of the nations. When a contract is fulfilled it power over the parties contract with is “abolished”. That is, the term were meant, paid off, completed, ending the power of the contract to continually be paid for in perpetuation.

In fact, to deny the contract was paid off, and its power is perpetual, never ending, makes God a liar, and Christ Jesus precious blood a mockery, trampling upon God's own unmerited kindness towards sending us the sinless life of Christ, His Son, as a gift of His love to complete what we could not as sinful human's complete, meet, or fulfill.

Subsequently, when one reads Jesus words in context to all his words, a Christian's should have godly fear in this manner, that is, human sin is so powerful in us, the laws judgment against us requires heaven and earth being removed for are sins not to bring God's righteous justice of the Law against us. Hence, not the smallest letter{literally, iota} or one tiny pen stroke{or, serif} shall in any way pass away from the law against our sin until God sends us Christ who fulfills the Law for us.

Christ was speaking to the power of God's righteous judgment of the law over us, not about keeping the law. Christ was not saying that the law will never be fulfilled, and it will never accomplish its given purpose, no!

Christ takes the self-righteousness of the Jews and us, by our erroneous thinking, that is, if we meet parts of the Law we have satisfied the condition of the contract; absolutely not, We cannot satisfy the conditions of the contract, which, the blood of animals stands as an everlasting testimony against us as sinners. Instead, putting Christ words into context then, Christ completes his thought by saying this:

Matt.5:19 Whoever, therefore, shall break one of these least commandments, and teach others to do so, shall be called least in the Kingdom of Heaven; but whoever shall do and teach them shall be called great in the Kingdom of Heaven.

If a legalistic Jew or Christian were honest, and loving truth, they must quickly acknowledge that there was only one person in all of mankind that taught the law,and did not break the law, Jesus Christ, so he is greatest in the Kingdom of God. Not one of the prophets, priest, or kings, of the Israel up too John, is great in the Kingdom of God, but why? Because they all needed remission for their sins by inferior animal blood for breaking God's commandment(s), which, breaking the commandments did not fulfill the contract or Law of God.

All those under law are least in God's Kingdom because they are under commandment(s), which, they cannot kept, thus, heaven, earth, and the blood of animals stand as a witnesses against their unrighteousness without God's unmerited kindness.

Unfortunately, legalistic Christian's do not understand at all their teachings of the Old Contract mixed with the New Contract pollutes the New Covenant, creating a blindness to Christ Jesus words above, no person could rule with Christ Jesus by the Old Law/Old Covenant/Old Contract. Instead they find themselves as John the baptist, did, by no fault of his own, under condemnation, but why?

Matthew 11:11 Most certainly I tell you, among those who are born of women there has not arisen anyone greater than John the Baptizer; yet he who is least in the Kingdom of Heaven is greater than he.

John was murdered before the Old Contract was completed, through Jesus own death and resurrection into heaven at his Fathers right hand. John himself the greatest of God prophets could not keep the commandment(s) without remission of his sin under the Old Contract blood, so he broke the commandment(s) without completion of the Old Contract by Christ Jesus righteous blood, so he will be as a least one in the Kingdom of God. Subsequently, this should be clear too any thinking Christian's too comprehend that it is not by merit of obeying the commandment(s) of God that gives position in the Kingdom of God, if so John would be one of the greatest in God's Kingdom, but rather in remission of sin by Christ Jesus fulfilling the Old Contract with his righteous life, which makes one part of the Kingdom of God.

The gospel truth of the Good News regarding the undeserved kindness resulting in complete forgiveness of sin thru Jesus Christ offered to mankind is the beginning of wisdom. That our maker would exercise his wisdom, power, justice and love toward us who are completely undeserving, surrendering his most cherished creation Jesus to unspeakable sufferings, humiliations and finally death will ultimately make all knees bend in this system or the one to come.

We have nothing but faith with love to offer Him, recognizing this truth we can begin to heal allowing Christ to be built up in us.

All inspired scripture requires this simple yet profound truth to be fully in focus and accepted by the individual Christian, if they desire to have truthful spiritual discernments it is thru this lens we peer into his written word.

Matt. 5:20 For I tell you that unless your righteousness exceeds that of the scribes and Pharisees, there is no way you will enter into the Kingdom of Heaven.

Law Christian's survive under law by judgment, hence, lumping all things into good and evil, in concluding that all scribes and Pharisee's were evil, hating the truth, subsequently, wanting to kill Christ Jesus. Which of course, is a falsehood, and a religious propaganda. Many of the scribes and Pharisee's put faith in Christ Jesus, not all were evil. This is the context of Christ Jesus words, not coining scribes and Pharisee's evil, so one does not have to believe anything they said about God, and His Law.

Acts 6:7 The word of God increased and the number of the disciples multiplied in Jerusalem exceedingly. A great company of the priests were obedient to the faith.

What was the righteousness of the Pharisee's and scribes, the Law, just like many legalistic Christian's who believe the Law, or Old Contract, makes one righteous, but instead it makes God righteous, and all men sinners and unrighteous. Thus, one must exceed the righteousness of both these groups, in context to Christ Jesus words above, to enter into the Kingdom of the Heavens, but how?

Well, in context of Christ Jesus own words, by our faith in Christ Jesus fulfilling the Old Contract by his sinless life, allowing for our own judgments to be abolished by Christ completion of the Old Contract for us, which is the entire testimony of Greek Scriptures, in fact, the Good New's of the Kingdom of God is based upon this testimony.

John 5:24 "Most certainly I tell you, he who hears my word, and believes him who sent me, has eternal life, and doesn't come into judgment, but has passed out of death into life.

However, sadly enough, the Jews as well as Law Christian's cannot give up their own judgments of others demanding vengeance by the Old Contract, or Law, so hardly any amount of truth from Christ Jesus soften their hearts towards others. The law is powerful in this respects, while one is judging others by the Law, they dig into self-blindness not seeing their self practicing the same sin in there hearts through judging by the Law.

Matt. 5:21 "You have heard that it was said to the ancient ones, 'You shall not murder;'{Exodus 20:13} and 'Whoever shall murder shall be in danger of the judgment.' 5:22 But I tell you, that everyone who is angry with his brother without a cause{NU omits "without a cause".} shall be in danger of the judgment; and whoever shall say to his brother, 'Raca{"Raca" is an Aramaic insult, related to the word for "empty" and conveying the idea of empty-headedness.}!' shall be in danger of the council; and whoever shall say, 'You fool!' shall be in danger of the fire of Gehenna.{or, Hell}

To a Law Christian's murder is a physical act perpetrated upon another human being, taking their right to life, not a heart conditions. But Christ Jesus exceeds the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisee's in their teachings of the Law, going to the heart of the matter where the New Covenant corrects and judges us, and our motives, from our hearts.

Moreover, Christ Jesus goes to the highest standard of loving our neighbor as ourselves, where just a word is equated into murder, such as empty headedness, or some translations render it fool, is as evil, as the overt act of murdering someone, how can this be?

Simply put, Christ Jesus words here causes self-righteous Christian's and Jew's a like wrench, while trying to unravel Christ words by legal terms, that is, by judging sin in degrees, some worst, and some better.

Subsequently, finding themselves condemned on every level of their goodness, knowing they are judged here as a murder, like Adam murder the whole human race by his own heart condition as each one of us would, just by being a sinners. This should give Christian's pause, hence, standing in awe, and fear too God's higher standards of life, in which, Christ alone meant on every level for us imputing his righteous life too us a free gift of God's own unmerited kindness.

Moreover, this is why it is so important for Christian's to peer into the perfect law of freedom when the heart become judgmental towards our brothers and sisters, because from the Royal Law judgment, a bad heart condition, for a moment, is sin that condemns us to eternal cutting off. So if there were no Christ, and New Covenant, neither could their be freedom from our own judgments against each other as murders convicted by God righteousness Law!

James 2:8 However, if you fulfill the royal law, according to the Scripture, "You shall love your neighbor as yourself,"{Leviticus 19:18} you do well.

James 2:9 But if you show partiality, you commit sin, being convicted by the law as transgressors. 2:10 For whoever keeps the whole law, and yet stumbles in one point, he has become guilty of all. 2:11 For he who said, "Do not commit adultery,"{Exodus 20:14; Deuteronomy 5:18} also said, "Do not commit murder."{Exodus 10:13; Deuteronomy 5:17} Now if you do not commit adultery, but murder, you have become a transgressor of the law. 2:12 So speak, and so do, as men who are to be judged by a law of freedom. 2:13 For judgment is without mercy to him who has shown no mercy. Mercy triumphs over judgment.

Hence, where Christian's fail to understand the life of Christ Jesus, and live giving force for good in them, by his righteousness, and not their own, they are in death, not light by their judgments. Moreover, that the justice of the Royal Law is superior too the Old Contracts Law, in that, the Royal Law brings ones heart condition into serving God, not just outwardly meeting a rule or law putting on a show of obedience. Subsequently, they are not walking by faith, under the Law, but rather sight.

Both the Old, and New Contract, are spiritual laws, but only one is administered by God's Holy Spirit into a Christian's heart, thus, it is impossible to please God under the New Covenant without walking in Spirit and Truth, which is the law of the Spiritual Temple of God, Christ Jesus.

Matt.5:23 "If therefore you are offering your gift at the altar, and there remember that your brother has anything against you,
5:24 leave your gift there before the altar, and go your way. First be reconciled to your brother, and then come and offer your gift.

A person cannot make peace in judgment, peace does not come from judgment, but rather wrath towards someone that has offended us. In other words, the altar of God was for forgiveness of our sins so we could have peace with God. Which if were not out God's own willingness to first for give us we could not have peace with God, for judgment voids peace between two parties.

Hebrews 4:3 For we who have believed do enter into that rest, even as he has said, "As I swore in my wrath, they will not enter into my rest;"{Psalm 95:11} although the works were finished from the foundation of the world.

1 John 4:10 In this is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son as the atoning sacrifice{"atoning sacrifice" is from the Greek "hilasmos," an appeasing, propitiating, or the means of appeasement or propitiation--the sacrifice that turns away God's wrath because of our sin.} for our sins.

The only way a person could have peace with God was too have peace with those offending us. Under the Law there were many types of sacrifices, but blood was required for remission of sins. In other words, blood of innocent victim, an animal life, was spilled for a person sins to be covered. But the blood did not appease God's judgments when the person was holding a debt of a brother or sister in not forgiving their sins.

Ephesians 2:15 having abolished in the flesh the hostility, the law of commandments contained in ordinances, that he might create in himself one new man of the two, making peace.

1 Thessalonians 5:9 For God didn't appoint us to wrath, but to the obtaining of salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ.

Thus, the innocent life was disrespected by a lack of forgiveness on our part making one a hypocrite. Subsequently, Christ Jesus blood cannot be given each time we sin, as though he should be offered up daily for ours sin, suffering perpetually, no! Christ was offer once for all times for our sins, what does this mean? It means, that he one time offering of innocent human blood removed the Law condemning us to death, that is, the Law of Moses, the Old Law or Old Contract. His death effectuated a New Contract based upon the royal law of love. So it is this law written into our hearts by Christ Jesus removal of the Law, replacing it with the Holy Spirit finger writing the Royal law of love into our hearts is how are sin are forgiven, by love, yes! Love covers a multitude of sins, by our forgiving one another as God has free forgiven us, so should we towards are brothers and sisters. Going to the altar of God's own love Jesus Christ and holding a brother or sisters sin against by the Old Law Contract is as hypocritical as anyone of us can be.

James 3:18 Now the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace.

Ephesians 2:14 For he is our peace, who made both one, and broke down the middle wall of partition.

Sayings as it were, forgive me God in your own love under the royal law of freedom, but judge by brother by the demands of the commandments. This conduct does not exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisee's in judging by the law requiring animal blood no longer in existence for Christian's, no! There is only one way to make peace with God for Christian's which is the blood of Christ Jesus, not the Old Law abolished in Christ Jesus.

Hebrews 13:20 Now may the God of peace, who brought again from the dead the great shepherd of the sheep with the blood of an eternal covenant, our Lord Jesus.

There is no peace with God in judgment, either the Old Contracts stands on inferior blood for a restful odor before God, or the New Contract in Christ Jesus blood as a everlasting restful odor before YHWH, we chose the road, one of freedom of judgments, or the wide road of condemnation and death by wrath of God?

Colossians 1:20 and through him to reconcile all things to himself, by him, whether things on the earth, or things in the heavens, having made peace through the blood of his(torture stake) cross.

Ephesians 6:15 and having fitted your feet with the preparation of the Good News of peace.
