Covenants of God

Genesis 9:15 and I will remember my covenant, which is between me and you and every living creature of all flesh, and the waters will no more become a flood to destroy all flesh.

Genesis 9:16 The rainbow will be in the cloud. I will look at it, that I may remember the everlasting covenant between God and every living creature of all flesh that is on the earth."

The word covenant has fallen in to erroneous understanding in today's modern world. Many associate covenants with the occult because entertainment, or some self-righteous religious thought founded in Christianity. But God has dealt with his people from the beginning of time by covenants.

Many have defined a covenant with a contract, but a legal contract does not clearly define God's covenant based upon faith, why? Simply put, faith is not an obligation, it is an act of trust in someone name/person, and is its purest form, it is Christ own faith, for his Father, from a heart of love!

Abraham faith moved God's heart into making a covenant with him for a chosen seed, Israel, many son's coming from Abraham faith! Later, this “faith covenant” fell into a mundane legal document (contract) obligating ones in Israel into keeping the law, but unfortunately missing the new covenant made through the faith of Christ Jesus, and his love for his father YHWH!

Genesis 17:7 I will establish my covenant between me and you and your seed after you throughout their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be a God to you and to your seed after you.

In all cases of God's covenants with mankind, a person could not please God by obedience to a legal contract, faith was required, a spiritual attribute not defined by a legal contract, and/or covenant.

Galatians 3:14 that the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Christ Jesus; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.

Galatians 3:11 Now that no man is justified by the law before God is evident, for, "The righteous will live by faith."{Habakkuk 2:4}

Flesh Legal, Spirit Faith

God is not against flesh because he created all flesh, but God is against sinful flesh that meets obligation by legal contracts and not faith.

Romans 8:6 For the mind of the flesh is death, but the mind of the Spirit is life and peace;

Romans 8:7 because the mind of the flesh is hostile towards God; for it is not subject to God's law, neither indeed can it be.

Romans 8:8 Those who are in the flesh can't please God.

We as Christian's must understand the vast difference in walking by Spirit and not sight as the fallen flesh does. Flesh knows nothing, but sight worship, it is defined for us in very unflattering terms within God's word bible as, dogs, pigs and the like. Not that God's creation of animals are evil, but when human that should love God, simply by looking at the creation, act like unreasoning beast, without moral goodness, and love for their creator, they are no better than a beast living for each lustful day in their flesh.

Psalms 73:22 I was so senseless and ignorant. I was a brute beast before you.

Isaiah 56:11 Yes, the dogs are greedy, they can never have enough; and these are shepherds who can't understand: they have all turned to their own way, each one to his gain, from every quarter.

The flesh views a covenant as a legal obligation, and what does that mean? It means as a “right” protecting the fleshes rights in this life, obligating God to pay what is owed. Now bearing in mind, the flesh is very deceptive by words, it will deny this definition, but the fruit and/or actions of fleshly minded worship of God shows a much different truth.

Jer.17:9 The heart is deceitful above all things, and it is exceedingly corrupt: who can know it? 17:10 I, Yahweh, search the mind, I try the heart, even to give every man according to his ways, according to the fruit of his doings.

Moreover, the fleshly minded worshiper of God, legally divides words, making each word life or death in perfect speech, why? Because they are in a legal contract with God, and saying words legally are a moral obligation because God is not real to the legal mind, the contract is real, and its wording is the spirit of truth the a fleshly minded person actually worships.

Isaiah 28:15 "Because you have said, 'We have made a covenant with death, and with Sheol are we in agreement. When the overflowing scourge passes through, it won't come to us; for we have made lies our refuge, and we have hidden ourselves under falsehood.'"

Subsequently, when a fleshly minded person say worship in spirit and truth it is a much different thought of a person worshiping in faith. Spirit is the spirit of the contract the legal wording of the covenant, not the Spirit of God, once again adamantly denied by the fleshly minds worshiper.

Haggai 2:11 "Thus says Yahweh of Armies: Ask now the priests concerning the law, saying, 2:12 'If someone carries holy meat in the fold of his garment, and with his fold touches bread, stew, wine, oil, or any food, will it become holy?'" The priests answered, "No."
2:13 Then Haggai said, "If one who is unclean by reason of a dead body touch any of these, will it be unclean?" The priests answered, "It will be unclean." 2:14 Then Haggai answered, "'So is this people, and so is this nation before me,' says Yahweh; 'and so is every work of their hands. That which they offer there is unclean.

Thus, the new covenant is nothing more than a legal contract defining what love can do legally, or cannot do legally. However, love cannot be defined legally, it impossible because love is not a legal obligation.

1Cor.13:1 If I speak with the languages of men and of angels, but don't have love, I have become sounding brass, or a clanging cymbal.
13:2 If I have the gift of prophecy, and know all mysteries and all knowledge; and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but don't have love, I am nothing. 13:3 If I dole out all my goods to feed the poor, and if I give my body to be burned, but don't have love, it profits me nothing. 13:4 Love is patient and is kind; love doesn't envy. Love doesn't brag, is not proud, 13:5 doesn't behave itself inappropriately, doesn't seek its own way, is not provoked, takes no account of evil; 13:6 doesn't rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth; 13:7 bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. 13:8 Love never fails.

Furthermore, this is why fleshly minded worshiper of God hate the word love, it implies too them a moral weakness they cannot judge against. In fact, love destroys their worship, because fleshly minded worship is judging other against the wording of the contract, and/or covenant.

Galatians 5:4 You are alienated from Christ, you who desire to be justified by the law. You have fallen away from grace.

Galatians 5:14 For the whole law is fulfilled in one word, in this: "You shall love your neighbor as yourself."{Leviticus 19:18}

Let us know that fleshly minded worship of God, is a comparison of man against legal obligation, whereas, those worshiping by Spirit and truth, by faith compare themselves against the indwelling of Christ in them by Spirit. This vast chasm explains why the world is over-sown with fleshly minded worshipers of God, and not those worshiping in faith.

Philippians 3:9 and be found in him, not having a righteousness of my own, that which is of the law, but that which is through faith in Christ, the righteousness which is from God by faith;

Religion is a comparison competition of man against man, being judged against the spirit of the contract or covenant wording/ law and nothing more. This is a far as the flesh can come up to, it can come no higher by its own will or abilities.

1 Timothy 1:7 desiring to be teachers of the law, though they understand neither what they say, nor about what they strongly affirm.

Hebrews 7:19 (for the law made nothing perfect), and a bringing in of a better hope, through which we draw near to God.

James 4:11 Don't speak against one another, brothers. He who speaks against a brother and judges his brother, speaks against the law and judges the law. But if you judge the law, you are not a doer of the law, but a judge.

One-sided Covenant

When man acts in faith towards God, God response in covenant, obligating Himself to fulfill His promises to the person. This should not surprise us, for our God has chosen those that will rule with Christ before the founding of our world. If such covenants with mankind were based upon a legal obligation the choosing of humans before birth would be a meaningless jester on God's part, why?

1Cor.13:8 Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will be done away with. Where there are various languages, they will cease. Where there is knowledge, it will be done away with.

Because all humans are sinners, and as such deserving of death not life eternal. Faith cannot be legally defined, nor does acting in faith take away a person free will. Its pretty simple, if you love me, than you will believe me, and trust me. Such foreknowledge should be of little mystery to a person of faith. Failure is a legal term judged by law, there are no failures in love, only correction creating a better person of faith and trust, an opportunity in perfected ones faith in love for God.

James 1:17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom can be no variation, nor turning shadow.

God is love, we are not! Hence, God's covenants are one-sided, in that, God loves us first, which in turn through our failures by our fleshly legal mind, we come too the truth of undeserved kindness of God's love.

1 John 4:19 We love Him, because he first loved us.

In others words, our love does not remove our judgment of the law, God's love removed our deserved judgment. It was God's faith in love that never fails, which removed what we were incapably of removing the very law of God. We cannot be obligated to love God, nor can God be obligated to love us, by a legal contract. However, by our faith/trust in God as loves in loving us, as we do each others when we trust a person helps us to comprehend the type of faith God is looking for.

1 John 4:18 There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear has punishment. He who fears is not made perfect in love.

1 John 4:16 We know and have believed the love which God has for us. God is love, and he who remains in love remains in God, and God remains in him.

The New Covenant

The new covenant is a spirit covenant, it is not based upon fleshly thinking, it is spiritual because its is love, love which cannot be defined by legal wording found in a contract, but why? A legal contract is distrust, not faith/trust. It implies a evil in us, hence, sin that must be made to obey by a legal obligation of punishment.

1Tim.1:8 But we know that the law is good, if a man uses it lawfully,
1:9 as knowing this, that law is not made for a righteous man, but for the lawless and insubordinate, for the ungodly and sinners, for the unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers, 1:10 for the sexually immoral, for homosexuals, for slave-traders, for liars, for perjurers, and for any other thing contrary to the sound doctrine.

2 Timothy 1:7 For God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control.

1 Timothy 1:5 but the goal of this command is love, out of a pure heart and a good conscience and unfeigned faith.

On the other hand, love believes all things, love does not judge evil first, and than says: “if you do this or that I will love you!” This is why the fleshly minded person cannot please God, nor know God, its simply impossible. This is why God cannot be obligated to bring a person into the new covenant because the bible or a religion says God must so He is not considered partial. A person cannot judge God's love, it is impossible as judging a human love without sinning!

1 Thessalonians 4:9 But concerning brotherly love, you have no need that one write to you. For you yourselves are taught by God to love one another,

Sinning is not part of the new covenant, so those set upon judging sin, they are not in the new covenant, or they are very fleshly minded and have not yet receive the mind of God, through Christ Jesus by Holy Spirit.

Colossians 3:14 Above all these things, walk in love, which is the bond of perfection.

Rom. 8:1 There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who don't walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.{NU omits "who don't walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit"} 8:2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus made me free from the law of sin and of death.
8:3 For what the law couldn't do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God did, sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and for sin, he condemned sin in the flesh;

Moreover, the new covenant is not about position or competition of flesh against flesh, the new covenant is the Christ, his love for his Father that his body members received by faith. The new covenant is not tangle product found in the bible, or a religion, it is a gift of God's Holy Spirit seal into a heart of faith, unseen on any paper, it cannot be judged by paper or the laws of our flesh, nor laws of a religion.

1Cor. 4:1 So let a man think of us as Christ's servants, and stewards of God's mysteries. 4:2 Here, moreover, it is required of stewards, that they be found faithful. 4:3 But with me it is a very small thing that I should be judged by you, or by man's judgment. Yes, I don't judge my own self. 4:4 For I know nothing against myself. Yet I am not justified by this, but he who judges me is the Lord. 4:5 Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord comes, who will both bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and reveal the counsels of the hearts. Then each man will get his praise from God.

No person can judge the new covenant as a sinner, nor the love of God's children, it simply not possible. The new covenant is not about self-importance, it cannot be, love never fails, with no self-importance nothing is more important than God's love. Love does not divided into self-importance it rather creates a body of person in love, giving gifts of love too each other as more important than self.

Rom.8:31 What then shall we say about these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? 8:32 He who didn't spare his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how would he not also with him freely give us all things? 8:33 Who could bring a charge against God's chosen ones? It is God who justifies. 8:34 Who is he who condemns? It is Christ who died, yes rather, who was raised from the dead, who is at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us.
8:35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Could oppression, or anguish, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?

Spiritual Body

We must understand God's love expressed to the human race comes from a spiritual body, spiritual things are not fleshly things tangible one can put their hands upon. They are instead like the wind, which blows where it wants, and we do not know where it comes from in real terms. We can logic where the wind comes from and how its blows, but we cannot say for certain why at times it blows, or don't? Hence, neither can we say about God's gifts of Holy Spirit. Many have throughout the history of mankind tried in vain to control and judge whom God would give his gift of Holy Spirit too. But reminding the reader once more a fleshly person in a fleshly mind cannot judge such things of the Spirit!

John 3:34 For he whom God has sent speaks the words of God; for God gives the Spirit without measure.

John 4:23 But the hour comes, and now is, when the true worshippers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for the Father seeks such to be his worshippers.

Legal contracts are for the faithless, protecting their rights from violation(s). This conduct is not possible for the new covenant. Hence, those in religion find themselves in a precarious circumstance holding a contract with life and death created from a body of flesh, what does a body of flesh mean?

John 6:63 It is the spirit who gives life. The flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and are life.

We are either created from a body of flesh or a spirit mind, if we claim to be a worshiper of God, but we cannot have both at the same time. The body of flesh, is a mind created from sin, that has built the world and the system of things we are all under. The body of Spirit, is Christ Jesus, which does not consort his righteousness with our world, but instead is from a spirit world from God's love. Thus, the new covenant is of this world of God, as King, the royal law of the King YHVH, which is love.

Where we reach for tangible gifts, in material things from writings to building, even person teaching us, we miss the whole point of the new covenant. The new covenant is not impersonal legal contract applied like the nations do their laws, in that, what is good for the goose is good for the gander. Nor is the new covenant the harsh treatment so often gotten from organized religion applying the new covenant by laws created to punish our flesh. The new covenant is a heart covenant based upon son-ship freed from judgment of evil.

This is why in the bible, the new covenant is liken to a man cherishing his own body, not hating it with legal judgments. Men and woman in the flesh are hard on others, but kind with their own failings, but in the new covenant a spiritual body one cannot hurt a part of their own body, and not affect their own spiritual health. Moreover, this is why many of God's anointed are sickly and find themselves enslaved to false religion by their own fleshly mind.

1Cor. 11:28 But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of the bread, and drink of the cup. 11:29 For he who eats and drinks in an unworthy manner eats and drinks judgment to himself, if he doesn't discern the Lord's body. 11:30 For this cause many among you are weak and sickly, and not a few sleep. 11:31 For if we discerned ourselves, we wouldn't be judged. 11:32 But when we are judged, we are punished by the Lord, that we may not be condemned with the world. 11:33 Therefore, my brothers, when you come together to eat, wait one for another. 11:34 But if anyone is hungry, let him eat at home, lest your coming together be for judgment. The rest I will set in order whenever I come.

Some parts of the body cannot be superior, being free, while others live in deprivation of the fleshly mind judging harshly each other without bring the body members into tribulation. In others words, if Christ is to unite both heaven and earth through the love of God, how can, body members hate one another thus, claiming spiritual superiority and strength, such is a lie, a boasting in the flesh by legal contract.

Romans 15:17 I have therefore my boasting in Christ Jesus in things pertaining to God.

In other words, is not about self-importance competing with other brothers or sisters, it about God's love, which cannot be defined by a legal mind, setting oneself up as a teacher. If one member suffer than all are suffering spiritually no matter how much a person boast in writing, or boasting in having physical followers, or whatever!
Some body members are not being feed better than others that is a lie, body members may be filling up the measure of suffering for other members, but none are glorified as teachers in super spiritual health, while other members suffer in spiritual sickness. Such unrighteous thinking is from a fleshly body of law cruelly judging harshly others, by laws of the flesh to maintain a superiority in attitude, not the mind of Christ.

Rom.12:1 Therefore I urge you, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service. 12:2 Don't be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God.
12:3 For I say, through the grace that was given me, to every man who is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think reasonably, as God has apportioned to each person a measure of faith. 12:4 For even as we have many members in one body, and all the members don't have the same function,
12:5 so we, who are many, are one body in Christ, and individually members one of another.

Love Cleanses us From All Unrighteousness

This concept alludes the fleshly mind, but why? Because their forgiveness is earned by a fleshly mind through obedience to rule of law! It does not matter where the law comes from, government, religion, and/or at work, the cleaning of the legal person comes from obedience to laws of the flesh.

1 Peter 3:21 This is a symbol of baptism, which now saves you--not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God, through the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

2 Corinthians 5:16 Therefore we know no one after the flesh from now on. Even though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now we know him so no more.

The flesh cannot be cleaned before God into righteousness no matter how perfect the perfectionist keeps their home, car, yard, worship, it is not God righteousness. Christ is God's righteousness; the perfectionist of the law despised and hated Christ, he looked sickly and disease, but Christ became God's own righteousness.

Romans 8:7 because the mind of the flesh is hostile towards God; for it is not subject to God's law, neither indeed can it be.

Isa.53:3 He was despised, and rejected by men; a man of suffering, and acquainted with disease. He was despised as one from whom men hide their face; and we didn't respect him. 53:4 Surely he has borne our sickness, and carried our suffering; yet we considered him plagued, struck by God, and afflicted. 53:5 But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed. 53:6 All we like sheep have gone astray. Everyone has turned to his own way; and Yahweh has laid on him the iniquity of us all.

No person can put away the filth of their own flesh, by perfectionism, this is the mental sickness of those loving the law, they demand perfection in word, writings, and every action thinking it makes them holy before God and others. They see God as perfectionist, demanding order and obedience to ritual of laws in their worship. Hygiene is a part of their religious worship to the point of judging other as unclean before God for lack of grooming. They judge everything by sight and boast in it!

Luke.7:21 In that hour he cured many of diseases and plagues and evil spirits; and to many who were blind he gave sight. 7:22 Jesus answered them, "Go and tell John the things which you have seen and heard: that the blind receive their sight, the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, the deaf hear, the dead are raised up, and the poor have good news preached to them.
7:23 Blessed is he who is not offended by me."

Mark 7:3 (For the Pharisees, and all the Jews, don't eat unless they wash their hands and forearms, holding to the tradition of the elders.

But is God's love that cleanses us of sin, not perfectionism, perfectionism in worship is self-righteousness going beyond the law of love, the new covenant.

Perfectionism set up a set of words, and repeat those words in certain tones or in writing which the fleshly minded person assumes as a step up, into greater righteousness. Yet, their own bible contradicts such hypocrisy. Christ did not speak certain words for righteousness, he spoke truth, because he was righteous without sin. God prophets before Christ did not speak in patterns of organized religion to make people believe they have authority over other fleshly minded person.

1 Corinthians 2:13 Which things also we speak, not in words which man's wisdom teaches, but which the Holy Spirit teaches, comparing spiritual things with spiritual things.

Luke 20:26 They weren't able to trap him in his words before the people. They marveled at his answer, and were silent.

Matt.6:5 "When you pray, you shall not be as the hypocrites, for they love to stand and pray in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen by men. Most certainly, I tell you, they have received their reward. 6:6 But you, when you pray, enter into your inner chamber, and having shut your door, pray to your Father who is in secret, and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly. 6:7 In praying, don't use vain repetitions, as the Gentiles do; for they think that they will be heard for their much speaking.

Such thinking has nothing to do with love, or the cleanses of us from sins of our flesh. They are a mocked humility sought by fleshly minded worshipers, demanding a pattern of words to justify a seeming maturity in worshiper. This conduct is political and nothing more, a training given by every from of mankind's working in government, to religion, and business.

Ecclesiastes 5:7 For in the multitude of dreams there are vanities, as well as in many words: but you must fear God.

Ecclesiastes 6:11 For there are many words that create vanity. What does that profit man?

Proverbs 10:19 In the multitude of words there is no lack of disobedience, but he who restrains his lips does wisely.

How Does Love Cleanses us?

Love is not a legal right, its not an action defined by laws of sin, love overcomes all sin, but how, in not judging us by laws that condemning us too sin. Precisely the thing God did for those in the new covenant. He did not ask us to first complete the law as some teach by obedience to it. God completed His own law, fulfilling it by His love. He essentially said: “I will love you out of sin, where you do me evil I will do you good, and prove to mankind love never fails!”

Matt.5:44 But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you, 5:45 that you may be children of your Father who is in heaven. For he makes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the just and the unjust. 5:46 For if you love those who love you, what reward do you have? Don't even the tax collectors do the same? 5:47 If you only greet your friends, what more do you do than others? Don't even the tax collectors do the same? 5:48 Therefore you shall be perfect, just as your Father in heaven is perfect.

God love cleanses us from sin, because he does not look at our deserved judgment. He looks at Christ Jesus righteousness as the Son of Man, knowing that all men want to love and serve God if loved beyond themselves, but can't possibly understand how to love each other and God.

Moreover, this is profound proclamation by God, if we walk in love, we cover each others sins. In other words, if we love others the way God loves us in Christ, we don't judge them by laws for sin and death but instead by a new covenant, which is the law of love, and/or life, our sinful flesh completed finished in Christ.

1 John 4:10 In this is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son as the atoning sacrifice{"atoning sacrifice" is from the Greek "hilasmos," an appeasing, propitiating, or the means of appeasement or propitiation--the sacrifice that turns away God's wrath because of our sin.} for our sins.

1 John 4:11 Beloved, if God loved us in this way, we also ought to love one another.

1 Peter 4:8 And above all things be earnest in your love among yourselves, for love covers a multitude of sins.

This it the only way to clean us from sin, perfectionism will not perfect anything, it will only creates more sins, causing more confusion of self-righteousness. God did not cleans us from sin by our putting away sins of our flesh through meeting rule of law, he instead cleanses us from all sin when we are in Christ Jesus life, removing our deserved judgment.

1 John 4:12 No one has seen God at any time. If we love one another, God remains in us, and his love has been perfected in us.

Loving God Despite Ourselves

Many have this misguided idea by putting up a false front we teach other God's love, but this is a lie! But we need to understand why this type of thinking appeals so much to religion? Such thinking is fleshly mindedness its not new and has been practice throughout the history of mankind. Appealing to the flesh by showing no weakness boasting in a better happy life, while having just as much suffering and pain as do all human's under sin.

Proverbs 25:18 A man who gives false testimony against his neighbor is like a club, a sword, or a sharp arrow.

Proverbs 12:17 He who is truthful testifies honestly, but a false witness lies.

Luke 6:26 Woe,{TR adds "to you"} when{TR adds "all"} men speak well of you, for their fathers did the same thing to the false prophets.
Mark 13:22 For there will arise false christs and false prophets, and will show signs and wonders, that they may lead astray, if possible, even the chosen ones.

The sinful flesh is taught from birth to sell itself as happy, better, a strong life, because that how its survives in this world, and how it is successful, but it has nothing to do with truth of Christ. Religious teachers set themselves up with the same fleshly minded thinking, knowing that if not, they will diminishes in their authority, and power over peoples lives. In other words, who is going to listen to someone that does not sound important?

1 John 4:1 Beloved, don't believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world.

Of course even the most vile amongst sells their life as good, or better than others, such selling should tell us about the sickness of humans under sins, but its does not for those in their fleshly mind always learning but unable to come too a knowledge of Christ Jesus, the truth!

Rom.7:18 For I know that in me, that is, in my flesh, dwells no good thing. For desire is present with me, but I don't find it doing that which is good. 7:19 For the good which I desire, I don't do; but the evil which I don't desire, that I practice. 7:20 But if what I don't desire, that I do, it is no more I that do it, but sin which dwells in me.

Men are flatter by fleshly minded people looking to them as important teachers of God's word, but, it nothing new, followings, and numbers do not prove we have the truth Christ Jesus, but instead a confirmation of deeper deception of our fleshly mind easily misled by the power of flattery.

1 Thessalonians 2:5 For neither were we at any time found using words of flattery, as you know, nor a cloak of covetousness (God is witness),

So what is the sinful flesh hiding is insecurity of not being good enough, so it looks to laws of fleshly, in how they operates, and applies these laws their lives. Such as never admitting we don't feel saved, or we can't be good enough, and than lie to others, but why lie? Because the fleshly minded person reason that the good of coming to know God, justifies their false front of happiness thinking the lying at least saving someone else life.

But actually putting ourselves at the center, instead of God, and Christ, by such flawed fleshly thinking. If a person needs to be impressed and lied to about a so called truth, than they are not seeking truth of Christ in the first place. Christ whom did account his own flesh as good! Moreover, we are unwittingly promoting false religion in thinking living a lie can be the truth.

Luke 18:19 Jesus asked him, "Why do you call me good? No one is good, except one--God.

God loves us despite ourselves, this thinking is most offensive to a legal minded Christian's, because the truth is they don't love themselves, and operate from guilt, furthermore, they cannot believe God is love. So they put on act of what they believe God's want in impression of love, a simile, kind words, while inside they are full of evil judgments for those not meeting their standards of law of their religion.

Matthew 15:8 'These people draw near to me with their mouth, and honor me with their lips; but their heart is far from me.

Matthew 15:18 But the things which proceed out of the mouth come out of the heart, and they defile the man. 15:19 For out of the heart come forth evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, sexual sins, thefts, false testimony, and blasphemies.

We are not worthy, and that is the point of Christianity, it is Christ Jesus life is worthy, and our accepting his life as our own life by faith, is that which cleanses us from all unrighteousness. It does not matter what we think religiously saved us, our preaching loudly, and boldly too other while not believing it ourselves in our hearts. Why?

Romans 2:21 You therefore who teach another, don't you teach yourself? You who preach that a man shouldn't steal, do you steal?

1 John 2:27 As for you, the anointing which you received from him remains in you, and you don't need for anyone to teach you. But as his anointing teaches you concerning all things, and is true, and is no lie, and even as it taught you, you will remain in him.

Because we are not the center of the universe, Christ Jesus is, and its about him and what he has done in buying us from our sins. It not about our body, but Christ Jesus body, it not about our selling our happiness as false religion does, its about a truth of where eternal life comes from, and the everlasting blessings coming from that source of life.

Why can we say God's loves us despite ourselves, because in the new covenant our flesh is dead, despite its ugly never ending actions in our vessel it makes no showing in God's eyes, it is gone, vanished, never to appear again for God's judgment. Christ took that judgment by his own flesh for us. So our dressing up the old dead flesh too sell it to other in religious garb, pretending ourselves as a successful Christian's, is a lie, and one that only those wanting a following in the flesh perform.

1 Peter 4:2 that you no longer should live the rest of your time in the flesh for the lusts of men, but for the will of God.

If we are Christian's we must go beyond the flesh, into the Spirit of truth, we must not thinking of how to sell the Good News thinking we are doing righteousness for God through a pretenses. No! You may not be like or boasted about throughout the world as teachers of God's words, rather, overlooked by those seeking flesh instead of Spirit and Truth, whom glorify the patterns the flesh, which is always used to gain power and attention. But in faith you will be loved despite yourselves in Christ, which is the glory of God, where real riches of everlasting life are found.

We are truthful as it is written: “nothing good dwells in my flesh, I am a good from nothing man!” No we do not want the pretense of righteousness, we want the Christ even though we look like fools in our flesh. If we sell ourselves in our flesh, we will have a following of flesh, which follows the thinking of flesh into death dealing death, but should we speak truth in Spirit God will determine whom comes to him and who does not? We can rest in God love, Christ the greater sabbath day of God's own rest in judging mankind!

Colossians 2:13 You were dead through your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh. He made you alive together with him, having forgiven us all our trespasses,

Colossians 2:23 Which things indeed appear like wisdom in self-imposed worship, and humility, and severity to the body; but aren't of any value against the indulgence of the flesh.

Let us teach truth, God's loves saves us despite our flesh and its sin, let us not misleads other into following man, as Christ righteousness, by fruits of our flesh boasting in them as God's good tree.

Conclusion of The Matter

John 1:14 The Word became flesh, and lived among us. We saw his glory, such glory as of the one and only Son of the Father, full of grace and truth.

The new covenant is not a covenant with flesh at all, it is a covenant of Spirit and truth that reject all that mankind has built upon this earth through fleshly thinking.

John 6:63 It is the spirit who gives life. The flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and are life.

The new covenant is not a populace message as many think, or most of mankind has concluded, it is in opposition to the sinful flesh, it kills the sinful flesh, and its thoughts, striping its glory, rightfully giving it to God alone. Those that milk the cow of the new covenant to glorify the flesh, that is, by religions, government, and/or personal goodness of their flesh, will be shown to be a liar at the coming revelation of Christ Jesus.

Luke 13:23 One said to him, "Lord, are they few who are saved?" He said to them,

Romans 8:3 For what the law couldn't do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God did, sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and for sin, he condemned sin in the flesh; 8:4 that the ordinance of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. 8:5 For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit.

1Cor.3:11 For no one can lay any other foundation than that which has been laid, which is Jesus Christ. 3:12 But if anyone builds on the foundation with gold, silver, costly stones, wood, hay, or stubble; 3:13 each man's work will be revealed. For the Day will declare it, because it is revealed in fire; and the fire itself will test what sort of work each man's work is. 3:14 If any man's work remains which he built on it, he will receive a reward. 3:15 If any man's work is burned, he will suffer loss, but he himself will be saved, but as through fire.

Although, selling promoting the new covenant is a profitable business for blessings for the flesh into following man, it has nothing to do with the truth of New Covenant in Christ Jesus. The truth of the new covenant will strip this world of power that has been stolen and gained through the flesh, it will conqueror all that has been created in opposition to the Spirit and truth replacing it with a new heaven and a new earth, but it will not promote a man, religion, or anything, no of, and in Christ!

Col.1:9 For this cause, we also, since the day we heard this, don't cease praying and making requests for you, that you may be filled with the knowledge of his will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, 1:10 that you may walk worthily of the Lord, to please him in all respects, bearing fruit in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God; 1:11 strengthened with all power, according to the might of his glory, for all endurance and perseverance with joy; 1:12 giving thanks to the Father, who made us fit to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light; 1:13 who delivered us out of the power of darkness, and translated us into the Kingdom of the Son of his love; 1:14 in whom we have our redemption,{TR adds "through his blood,"} the forgiveness of our sins; 1:15 who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation.
1:16 For by him all things were created, in the heavens and on the earth, things visible and things invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers; all things have been created through him, and for him. 1:17 He is before all things, and in him all things are held together. 1:18 He is the head of the body, the assembly, who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.

May the reader uses discernment here, the new covenant does not promote hate for mankind, but the outer garment stained by the sinful flesh and its corruption of yeast thinking. Those in the new covenant will not be the masses of mankind, simple because the new covenant is a rare and precious jewel few find, and those that do find it, will be unknown by this world of flesh. They will be outcast from the cities of flesh, into a desert requiring faith, why? Because the fleshly mind of man and evil spirit(s) will not help them because they stand opposed to the flesh by being in the new covenant. In the new covenant means in Christ Jesus.

Matt.25:38 When did we see you as a stranger, and take you in; or naked, and clothe you? 25:39 When did we see you sick, or in prison, and come to you?' 25:40 "The King will answer them, 'Most certainly I tell you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers{The word for "brothers" here may be also correctly translated "brothers and sisters" or "siblings."}, you did it to me.'

Thus, the flesh hates the spirit it is opposed to God and His righteousness found in Christ Jesus. Subsequently, it is opposed to all in the new covenant. They will not be popular, and this is why we must soberly trust God in everything in our lives, we must walk in love or be consumed by the flesh and its desire to promote and gain status in this world. For this is what the flesh is, and does, created and build for this world, whereas those in the new covenant build and create for the real world the life to come.

Heb.11:32 What more shall I say? For the time would fail me if I told of Gideon, Barak, Samson, Jephthah, David, Samuel, and the prophets;
11:33 who, through faith subdued kingdoms, worked out righteousness, obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions,{Daniel 6:22-23}
11:34 quenched the power of fire,{Daniel 3:1-30} escaped the edge of the sword,{1 Kings 19:1-3; 2 Kings 6:31-7:20} from weakness were made strong, grew mighty in war, and caused foreign armies to flee.
11:35 Women received their dead by resurrection.{1 Kings 19:1-3; 2 Kings 6:31-7:20} Others were tortured, not accepting their deliverance, that they might obtain a better resurrection.
11:36 Others were tried by mocking and scourging, yes, moreover by bonds and imprisonment. 11:37 They were stoned.{2 Chronicles 24:20-21} They were sawn apart. They were tempted. They were slain with the sword.{Jeremiah 26:20-23; 1 Kings 19:10} They went around in sheep skins and in goat skins; being destitute, afflicted, ill-treated 11:38 (of whom the world was not worthy), wandering in deserts, mountains, caves, and the holes of the earth.
11:39 These all, having had testimony given to them through their faith, didn't receive the promise, 11:40 God having provided some better thing concerning us, so that apart from us they should not be made perfect.
