Handing The Flesh Over For Destruction

1Cor.5:4 In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, you being gathered together, and my spirit, with the power of our Lord Jesus Christ, 5:5 are to deliver such a one to Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that the spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus.

Can a person, without God's Spirit separate the evil flesh from the Spirit, not a trick question? Each day throughout this world judges of all kinds make judgments regarding a person flesh, they simply look at the law on record, and uphold it, which judges the person conduct as evil, against societies laws, then passes sentence upon the convicted, handing the person over to the jailer, and/or the fine that must be paid to redeem oneself from laws punishment.

Psalms 49:7 none of them can by any means redeem his brother, nor give God a ransom for him.

John 8:15 You judge according to the flesh. I judge no one.

Matt.7:1 "Don't judge, so that you won't be judged.
7:2 For with whatever judgment you judge, you will be judged; and with whatever measure you measure, it will be measured to you.

Here the apostle Paul uses not the power of law, but the power of Christ Jesus to hand over the flesh of this brother to Satan, for what purpose? The destruction of his flesh, but it does not stop here, there is a divine purpose for doing this action, and what is that? For the saving of the spirit, now, lets say that one more time not the destruction of the spirit, but the saving of it!

1 Corinthians 6:14 Now God raised up the Lord, and will also raise us up by his power.

1 Corinthians 4:20 For the Kingdom of God is not in word, but in power.

1 Corinthians 15:50 Now I say this, brothers,{The word for "brothers" here and where context allows may also be correctly translated "brothers and sisters" or "siblings."} that flesh and blood can't inherit the Kingdom of God; neither does corruption inherit incorruption.

What was the thing used to destroy this man flesh? Was it shunning as some teach? No!, was it excomuncation as religion practices? No! It was the Devil that would destroy his flesh, wow! So what indeed is happening here? What have so many fleshly minded Christian's overlooked?

2 Corinthians 5:16 Therefore we know no one after the flesh from now on. Even though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now we know him so no more.

Romans 3:20 Because by the works of the law, no flesh will be justified in his sight. For through the law comes the knowledge of sin.

Romans 8:1 There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who don't walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.{NU omits "who don't walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit"}

The Real Judgment of The Flesh

Now note, first false religion is concerned with perfecting the flesh, and not the spirit, at all. False religion is not a spiritual doctors, they treat symptoms found in our flesh, and not the spirit which is affect by the acts of our flesh. Now here is what shocking to most persons?

Paul did not say lets judge this man's flesh as evil by God's law those thoughts are consipiously missing in his discussion, but why? The judgment of the flesh had already happen in the Garden of Eden once Adam and Eve both sinned. If you miss this point the scriptures will have little meaning. The sentence for the fleshes sinning, God said was death. God could no longer communion with mankind because sin alinated man from a God of life, now remember, that is, from a God who is incorruptible – sinless life.

1 John 3:9 Whoever is born of God doesn't commit sin, because his seed remains in him; and he can't sin, because he is born of God.

1 Timothy 6:16 who alone has immortality, dwelling in unapproachable light; whom no man has seen, nor can see: to whom be honor and eternal power. Amen.

Since that judgment upon the flesh all are dying from sin, not one person has proven sinless, that is, deserving of eternal life, without sin, which would allow them to keep God's laws perfectly. Subsequently there was no need to judge this man's flesh, it had long been judged in the Garden of Eden, any further judgment would prove nothing! In other words, when a person dies, they pay the price for sins of their flesh, nothing is left, but spirit, for God to deal with, correct?

Romans 6:7 For he who has died has been freed from sin.

Romans 5:12 Therefore, as sin entered into the world through one man, and death through sin; and so death passed to all men, because all sinned.

For a religion or a person to dig up a dead body and take it to court again making it pay over and over for its sins is foolish, and a practice of evil, the flesh is dead, and the spirit is with God, nothing we can do to the flesh again is going to changes its condition or make it better, it is dead to all judgment because its paid the price for sin, death!

Romans 8:10 If Christ is in you, the body is dead because of sin, but the spirit is alive because of righteousness.

Dead In Christ

Now we have came upon the truth, not fiction in trying to purifiy the flesh by holy words, or ritulistic practices, it is dead to God, pronouced dead, by a perfect judgment coming from a perfect God of justice. Mankind could not avail themselves of eternal life from a sinful flesh, no matter how much good things they do in their flesh upon earth, they must turn to God, and let him make the way to save their spirit from destruction of the flesh.

2 Corinthians 5:21 For him who knew no sin he made to be sin on our behalf; so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.

Galatians 3:22 But the Scriptures imprisoned all things under sin, that the promise by faith in Jesus Christ might be given to those who believe.

God introduced the perfect law of life; for having eternal life, which law punishes sinner (because none could keep the law being born into sin, that is, born into death not from God), what law was that? It was the law of Moses, God gave Moses his perfect law. Many were decieved, as are many in false religion today, thinking that because the law was perfect, if mankind put forth a good effort in trying to keep it, they will be saved by zeal and earnest.

John 5:39 "You search the Scriptures, because you think that in them you have eternal life; and these are they which testify about me.

Proverbs 19:2 It isn't good to have zeal without knowledge; nor being hasty with one's feet and missing the way.

Rom.10:1 Brothers, my heart's desire and my prayer to God is for Israel, that they may be saved. 10:2 For I testify about them that they have a zeal for God, but not according to knowledge. 10:3 For being ignorant of God's righteousness, and seeking to establish their own righteousness, they didn't subject themselves to the righteousness of God.

The laws was created for punishing sinners, but the law was not created for a sinless man, that is, a righteous man. Righteous, sinless people don't need laws for the sinful flesh, they have none and the law of love does not impute evil to someone before the fact. Now lets say that one more time. Please comprehend the meaning. People without sin do not need laws to punish sin, because it does not exist in a sinless person, like Adam and Eve before falling into sin. No law judging their flesh was given to them by God, none! God did not return evil for good that is the context, God only creates good in humans not sin which is evil.

1Tim.1:8 But we know that the law is good, if a man uses it lawfully, 1:9 as knowing this, that law is not made for a righteous man, but for the lawless and insubordinate, for the ungodly and sinners, for the unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers, 1:10 for the sexually immoral, for homosexuals, for slave-traders, for liars, for perjurers, and for any other thing contrary to the sound doctrine;

Once falling from righteousness into unrighteousness, laws were needed to punish acts of sin in our fallen flesh. Here in this part of Paul's letter to the Corinthians all members spoken to were in Christ. In other words, they were accounted sinless, how? Simply put, by being made members in the body of Christ, a righteous man without sin, without the law for sinner being made new b a new birth from old person into a new life, Christ righteous life without sin or judgment of sins of the flesh.

Romans 5:19 For as through the one man's disobedience many were made sinners, even so through the obedience of the one, many will be made righteous.

1 John 3:5 You know that he was revealed to take away our sins, and in him is no sin.

1 John 3:6 Whoever remains in him doesn't sin. Whoever sins hasn't seen him, neither knows him.

Their flesh was dead to God, not man, but dead to God, put away from any judgment by his righteous laws. God was not bring back the dead flesh to rejudge it as worthy or unworthy. It was not worthy and had never been worthy, and this was the point of the law proving beyond a shadow of a doubt that all human are sinners found alinated from God in darkness because of sin, esstentially, dead to any association with life (God), that is, the eternal life of God without sin.

Luke 9:60 But Jesus said to him, "Leave the dead to bury their own dead, but you go and announce the Kingdom of God."

Mark 12:27 He is not the God of the dead, but of the living. You are therefore badly mistaken.

All in Christ are dead to sin (death through sin), by having the judgments of the sinful flesh removed, in Christ by being buried with him and raised with him new in Spirit.

Romans 6:4 We were buried therefore with him through baptism to death, that just like Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, so we also might walk in newness of life.

Romans 6:9 knowing that Christ, being raised from the dead, dies no more. Death no more has dominion over him!

Handing The Flesh Over For its Destruction

The truth of Paul's word cannot be understood not unless the points made above are practice and are clear to those in Christ. Paul makes a clear distinction between the flesh, and the spirit, he does not go back to man's laws, or even God's law for that matter to rejudge the flesh, what he states is hand over the man's flesh to Satan, let Satan have his flesh, that he corrupted from the begining of humans on this earth, let the flesh be personified until the spirit is mortified in this man. Let this man suffer in his flesh under the power of Satan, until the spirit of him is perfected in Christ.

1 John 5:19 We know that we are of God, and the whole world lies in the power of the evil one.

1 Peter 1:5 who by the power of God are guarded through faith for a salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.
Hebrews 7:16 who has been made, not after the law of a fleshly commandment, but after the power of an endless life:

Colossians 1:13 who delivered us out of the power of darkness, and translated us into the Kingdom of the Son of his love;

Why, simply put, those in Christ cannot be in the flesh, that is, the mind of the flesh as something worthy and good. Once in the flesh those in Christ whom have tasted, and walked in the light without sin, feeling the glory of Christ indwelling them, hence, they will soon learn that nothing good dwells in their flesh accept death and corruption to all that is holy and righteous in Christ life.

Romans 7:18 For I know that in me, that is, in my flesh, dwells no good thing. For desire is present with me, but I don't find it doing that which is good.

Romans 8:7 because the mind of the flesh is hostile towards God; for it is not subject to God's law, neither indeed can it be.

This lesson is the lesson of every anointed brother and sister in Christ, it is the power of Christ working in them through his righteousness that saves them completely from corruption of this world (sin and the thoughts from the fleshly mind created from sin) into the glorious freedom of the Son's of God.

2 Corinthians 10:5 throwing down imaginations and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ;

Rom.8:36 Even as it is written, "For your sake we are killed all day long. We were accounted as sheep for the slaughter."{Psalm 44:22} 8:37 No, in all these things, we are more than conquerors through him who loved us.

2 Corinthians 4:10 always carrying in the body the putting to death of the Lord Jesus, that the life of Jesus may also be revealed in our body.

Practicing Unrighteousness

The practice of unrighteousness that false religion uses is to discipline its members in an act to destroy both the person and their etermal life by judgments of the flesh, which is already dead to God. In other words, false religion practices work through laws in claiming to remove the filth of the flesh boasting once it is righteous the spirit is perfected.

1 Peter 3:21 This is a symbol of baptism, which now saves you--not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God, through the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Proverbs 20:9 Who can say, "I have made my heart pure. I am clean and without sin?"

1 John 1:8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.

God, nor Christ teaches such a concept, it not found in the scriptures. God destroy's the flesh, so that the spirit might live, God kills the flesh so that the spirit might live. God tells us that we cannot put away the filth of our flesh by some good works, or some religious ritulistic practice. The fallen flesh practice what it was created from sin, it does not remove sin by acts it does good or bad, from its already dead state from sin. A little leaven ferments the whole lump, it is impossible for man in his sinful flesh to make himself sinless, by human efforts, no matter if they uses God's righteous and perfect law, and boast in keeping it is a lie!

1 John 3:4 Everyone who sins also commits lawlessness. Sin is lawlessness.

Romans 2:23 You who glory in the law, through your disobedience of the law do you dishonor God?

Romans 3:19 Now we know that whatever things the law says, it speaks to those who are under the law, that every mouth may be closed, and all the world may be brought under the judgment of God.

Romans 3:20 Because by the works of the law, no flesh will be justified in his sight. For through the law comes the knowledge of sin.

God must redeem us from sin, by blood of an innocent victim, he does not remove sins from our flesh, he saves the spirit by redepemation; paying the price for are sins in Christ Jesus this is why one can say they are dead in Christ, not that they or their flesh is dead, but that they are dead to the judgment of their flesh. They now have no judgment, in Christ. Subsequently, they now have eternal life, because that is what Christ has (eternal life), and won for us eternal life, because he was a sinless man not needing laws for sinful flesh, completing what we could not do for ourselves by person worth or works; Christ completed the laws of God, so in him we have no judgment of our flesh any longer.

Romans 13:10 Love doesn't harm a neighbor. Love therefore is the fulfillment of the law.

Romans 9:31 but Israel, following after a law of righteousness, didn't arrive at the law of righteousness. 9:32 Why? Because they didn't seek it by faith, but as it were by works of the law. They stumbled over the stumbling stone;

Romans 10:4 For Christ is the fulfillment{or, completion, or end} of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes.

In Christ the law of God for punishing our flesh and convicting it as of no value at all it is dead. Christ is righteous, and the law is not for a righteous man, we are righteous freed, set free in Christ. In this condition we suffer in our flesh, for the perfecting of the spirit, removing the dross of our fleshly minded thinking which is death and corruption found in Satan entire system of things.

1 Timothy 3:16 Without controversy, the mystery of godliness is great: God was revealed in the flesh, justified in the spirit, seen by angels, preached among the nations, believed on in the world, and received up in glory.

1 Peter 1:24 For, "All flesh is like grass, and all of man's glory like the flower in the grass. The grass withers, and its flower falls;

1 Peter 3:18 Because Christ also suffered for sins once, the righteous for the unrighteous, that he might bring you to God; being put to death in the flesh, but made alive in the spirit;

1 Peter 4:1 Forasmuch then as Christ suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves also with the same mind; for he who has suffered in the flesh has ceased from sin; 4:2 that you no longer should live the rest of your time in the flesh for the lusts of men, but for the will of God.

The practice of false religion is to make one a slave to the flesh in trying to avail oneself into perfection of their flesh while upon earth, something God says is impossible.

Thus, the lie! Yes, the very first lie is practice by those living in the lie (not in the truth, Christ) in their unrighteous flesh claiming that they have cleansed themselves by some application of the bible or their religion as a clean people in the flesh upon this earth.

Titus 3:5 not by works of righteousness, which we did ourselves, but according to his mercy, he saved us, through the washing of regeneration and renewing by the Holy Spirit.

The saving of the flesh has cost millions of lives for the next life, the loving of the flesh more than the glory of God is idotary, wittingly, or unwittingly, such ones practice sin, not the righteousness of Christ. The flesh cannot stop sinning, and anyone that say it can is a liar! God has made one way for us to stop sinning, not many ways through human institition boasting in the flesh, but one way, which way? In a spirit being, not upon this earth, but in heaven and we must find Chirst in Spirit and truth, and worshiped in God by his life to have eternal life.

That life is found in the person of Christ who was put to death in his flesh and made alive in his spirit the same pattern we must follow by faith. Let none be decieved here. The flesh is a lurking place of false religion that all evil on this earth springs from. It is the Spirit that gives life, not the flesh, be wise, and listen to what the Spirit says to the congregation of God, and live in Christ.

John 1:13 who were born not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

John 6:63 It is the spirit who gives life. The flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and are life.

Romans 8:9 But you are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if it is so that the Spirit of God dwells in you. But if any man doesn't have the Spirit of Christ, he is not his.

Romans 8:12 So then, brothers, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh.

James 2:10 For whoever keeps the whole law, and yet stumbles in one point, he has become guilty of all. 2:11 For he who said, "Do not commit adultery,"{Exodus 20:14; Deuteronomy 5:18} also said, "Do not commit murder."{Exodus 10:13; Deuteronomy 5:17} Now if you do not commit adultery, but murder, you have become a transgressor of the law. 2:12 So speak, and so do, as men who are to be judged by a law of freedom.

Revelation 3:22 He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the assemblies."

Revelation 22:17 The Spirit and the bride say, "Come!" He who hears, let him say, "Come!" He who is thirsty, let him come. He who desires, let him take the water of life freely.
