Reading Scriptures Enough?

If reading the scriptures were enough we would not have 61-thousand division of Christian's in today's world. If reading the scriptures were enough the Jewish system would have transformed itself into the pure truth, into the first century congregation. Instead Christ transformed Jew and Gentle alike by giving them God's Holy Spirit causing in them a new birth, giving them a new mind of Christ found far above every power and authority on this earth.

1 John 2:27 As for you, the anointing which you received from him remains in you, and you don't need for anyone to teach you. But as his anointing teaches you concerning all things, and is true, and is no lie, and even as it taught you, you will remain in him.

Reading the bible does not change a person into a new birth, with a new mind, it may lead one to Christ, but it does no rebirth the person into Christ, or his mind which mind feeds God's children the truth teaching them by God's Spirit.

John 14:17 the Spirit of truth, whom the world can't receive; for it doesn't see him, neither knows him. You know him, for he lives with you, and will be in you.

John 14:26 But the Counselor, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things, and will remind you of all that I said to you.

John 15:26 "When the Counselor{Greek Parakletos: Counselor, Helper, Advocate, Intercessor, and Comfortor.} has come, whom I will send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth, who proceeds from the Father, he will testify about me.

None of the apostles understood the truth, until the Holy Spirit was pour out, the leaders of the greatest religious state on earth Israel missed the truth, even its scholars.

You search the Scriptures, because you think that in them you have eternal life; and these are they which testify about me.

This is why the WTS was never clean, was never not corrupted from its conception and will never be cleaned up by God. The lie of planting flesh, and flesh then reading the bible will transform it into truth is impossible one does not get fresh water from salt water, one does not pick figs from a thorn bush.

1 Corinthians 5:6 Your boasting is not good. Don't you know that a little yeast leavens the whole lump?

God manna is not on earth in a flesh mind, Christ is the manna and ever one in Christ eats the manna from heaven that is free of yeast.
The WTS took one slice of bread from a yeast loaf called Babylon the Great butter it up with some truths feed it to the great crowd calling it manna from above.

Job 14:4 Who can bring a clean thing out of an unclean? Not one.

Romans 7:18 For I know that in me, that is, in my flesh, dwells no good thing. For desire is present with me, but I don't find it doing that which is good.

James.3:11 Does a spring send out from the same opening fresh and bitter water? 3:12 Can a fig tree, my brothers, yield olives, or a vine figs? Thus no spring yields both salt water and fresh water.
3:13 Who is wise and understanding among you? Let him show by his good conduct that his deeds are done in gentleness of wisdom.

This lie has permeated false religion from its conception and is still working today. The WTS is suffering exactly like every other institution on earth religious or not. The WTS has done one thing put blinders on its members so they thinking they are special instead of looking at every government, business, and religion that are having the same rebellion and troubles they are having. The are all cut from the same loaf.

Ephesians 6:12 For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places.

Revelation 21:5 He who sits on the throne said, "Behold, I am making all things new." He said, "Write, for these words of God are faithful and true."

2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new.

The first century Christian's did not have bibles to feed on, there were very few scrolls if you read the history of the early church, it wasn't until much later that little books were form, and than much late our bibles.

Sadly, Christian's think God cannot talk to us, unless we have a bible, yet many Christian's have spent a life time in prison for their faith, with no bibles or even magazines and have a wonder personal relationship with God through Christ, that would shame most of us having a bibles.

The problem with fleshly minded Christian's is that they just can't pull themselves away from works of law. They make doing bible reading a work out, a ritual in building their big meaty spiritual muscles. They attend many meetings, constantly washing their minds clean by holy words, to produce false religion.

You put weed in the ground it comes up weed, you put bible in flesh it comes up flesh. Christ kills the flesh, he does not love it, he puts God's Holy Spirit into vessels made righteous by the power of his life than and only then can one understand spiritual things, or know the mind of Christ.

No one comes to the Christ unless God draws them by Holy Spirit. No one is going to teach themselves by just reading their bibles, all that is human effort over the truth.

Truth started with Spirit, God is a Spirit and we must worship in Spirit and truth; no mystery in who we must be in contact with to have the truth “Spirit” that cannot be disproved by the scriptures.

John 3:6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh. That which is born of the Spirit is spirit.

John 6:63 It is the spirit who gives life. The flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and are life.

Man lost sanctification when he lost God's Spirit, very simple truth, Christian's cannot sanctified themselves without Spirit, that truth cannot be disproved, by scriptures.

1 Thessalonians 5:23 May the God of peace himself sanctify you completely. May your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

2 Thessalonians 2:13 But we are bound to always give thanks to God for you, brothers loved by the Lord, because God chose you from the beginning for salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief in the truth;

Adam was not given a bible, he had the truth, the Spirit indwelling him and teaching him just like spirit son's of God do. Christ on earth did not pack a bible around reading it to his disciples, he is the truth, the words coming from his mouth are Spirit and truth, as he is the living word of God.

John 1:14 The Word became flesh, and lived among us. We saw his glory, such glory as of the one and only Son of the Father, full of grace and truth.

Now because the flesh is weak, God's kindness gave us his written word, but its not an idol that without we have no contact with God, that is false. The bible is not the living word of God, it is dead on paper for those without contact with the Spirit.

2Cor.3:6 who also made us sufficient as servants of a new covenant; not of the letter, but of the Spirit. For the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life.

2Cor.3:16 But whenever one turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away. 3:17 Now the Lord is the Spirit and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.

Now Christ gave us his life, so we could have a relationship with God in Spirit and truth. Before Christ there was no mention of worshiping in Spirit and truth, we should ask why? Nor did anyone have the teacher of God's anointed indwelling them.

Ephesians 3:5 which in other generations was not made known to the children of men, as it has now been revealed to his holy apostles and prophets in the Spirit;

Ephesians 2:18 For through him we both have our access in one Spirit to the Father.

The Spirit is truth for God's anointed, not man or their bibles which may be correct or mistranslated. If something is said or read we test it against God Spirit sealed in us, not the bible, but The Spirit. By the Spirit in us which is truth. The flesh is opposed to the Spirit, hence, when a fleshly person used the bible, the Spirit rejects the “spirit of the flesh”. Those in the flesh cannot please God no mystery unless a person does not have the Spirit, they cannot understand what we are talking about anyway.

1 John 5:6 This is he who came by water and blood, Jesus Christ; not with the water only, but with the water and the blood. It is the Spirit who testifies, because the Spirit is the truth.

We don't work to get the Spirit by reading the bible, the Spirit is given freely as a gift from God love, and it will be with us always. Why would a person boast as though they have some pattern they practice to have the Holy Spirit? In other words, the flesh will make reading the bible and getting the Holy Spirit into one more works of law.

John 14:17 the Spirit of truth, whom the world can't receive; for it doesn't see him, neither knows him. You know him, for he lives with you, and will be in you.

John 3:34 For he whom God has sent speaks the words of God; for God gives the Spirit without measure.

1 Corinthians 4:7 For who makes you different? And what do you have that you didn't receive? But if you did receive it, why do you boast as if you had not received it?

1 John 4:13 By this we know that we remain in him and he in us, because he has given us of his Spirit.

Reading the bible is very good, lets read it, but lets not act as if it depend upon our efforts to have the truth, and have God's Spirit that is truly a WTS teaching. Once again the apostles did not worship in truth and Spirit until they were anointed. Nor, did they earn the gift of Spirit teaching them. The truth is Christ and its is by his word that eternal life is sustain in us that sanctifies us.

Ephesians 2:22 in whom you also are built together for a habitation of God in the Spirit.

1 John 4:6 We are of God. He who knows God listens to us. He who is not of God doesn't listen to us. By this we know the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.

1 Peter 1:2 according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, in sanctification of the Spirit, that you may obey Jesus Christ and be sprinkled with his blood: Grace to you and peace be multiplied.
