“When we find ourselves in any type of extremism we will learn much, but all of its wisdom will be painful. The disconnect between the mind, heart, and soul will constantly plague us, the symptoms of extremism will manifest themselves in fear and darkness leaving us in all manner of stress lacking wholeness, wellness, and peace.”
